Feedback for the 3/31 show

Really great AM build this week. A lot of cool, slick promos. I've only skimmed, but Frig's sticks out in my mind. More detail later!

I didn't dig what I wrote but I liked alot of the other stuff. FS's was real good as usual.

 

Alf's I really enjoyed. Sometimes I start to feel bad for helping to make Alf such a joke but then I slap myself and realize it's alf.

Thanks guys, I was real worried how it would come across. First I had to find a song I thought most people would know and then I had to figure out a way to format it.

She is pretty under rated as far as looks go. I'm glad Hoff is always willing to stand up for our under rated Divas. Also here's an exclusive picture of Baby Hoff on that cold Minn night he spoke of

 

 

It was a good promo except I started picturing Hoff's head as it is now emerging from a woman's birth canal with that big ol' grin of his.

 

The Black Knight was neither Horowitz or Glenn Jacobs, it was Martin Lawrence! ...

The Axel promo was good. Not alot of swearing and instead he came off as more than some rambling potty mouth. This interview helped him out heading into AngleMania IV.

 

I hope Alf joins the Original Elite and it becomes The Four Llama Men with that dancing white Llama that CWM uses for an avatar every now and again being what represents them on merchandise. That could lead into an Alf and Caboose feud which would be ratings galore! I don't know who Some Guy is...well the character anyways.

 

I love Patty's promos and if he ever gets a sex change I will make love to his artificial vagina.

I haven't read the main event yet, and if I skipped over some segments, I apologize, but I think I got a majority of the show.

 

I was a bit surprised to see Hoff cut a comedic promo just days before his World Title shot, but I thought it was funny...and it got serious at the end.

 

Nice little Brock Ausstin squash. I liked the Killings trailer as well.

 

Very good Axel promo.

 

Excellent job on the Dude-Calvin "music video." It was done in a different way many of us are used to seeing, so it stood out.

 

I know what it feels like to write something you don't think it's as good as it could of been, but I thought CWM's promo was good. I wasn't expecting the return of Some Guy at all. The 3rd man on the face side changed 3 times. Once in storyline, twice out of character.

 

Another fine piece of work by Patty. Whenever COD are talking you are almost guaranteed something good. The whole herpes thing was gold. How old is Krista's kid anyway? I think it was mentioned once, but I'm not sure.

 

Good segment involving Axel, Gunner, Stone, Crystal and Hoff.

 

Enjoyed Alf's promo.

 

Overall, it was a pretty good last show before the show. This may be the best AM yet. Lots of good stories and characters going in.

Axel with a squash of his own. Too much squash in this show, I'm more of a white shoepeg corn man myself.

 

I do have some advice though when it comes to the Axel character. You need to define him to one thing and keep it that way. The Early promo makes him sound like a brawler, when Gunner Sharps interupts Axel becomes an intellectual and doesn't show much of the brawler from before. Define him and keep it that way, its just confusing when he changes back and forth. Or don't do anything at all and ignore me. That's always an option too.

 

The whole thing served its purpose though of getting everybody involved in that WM 10-esque thing into the ring at the same time, plus one Gunner Sharps. I would have skipped Gunner completely and had Drek shoot off on Axel while Crystal sneak attacked...just to make their alliance going into AngleMania appear stronger, but hey...that's just me.

 

The post stuff with Crystal though was over booked and obviously written by NGA because she had a major potty mouth there.

 

Nice tag match. I was expecting a squash by the NNMX heading into AngleMania but instead got treated to an old NWA style tag match. It got the Frankensteiners over and at the same time the NNMX didn't lose any heat from it. Nicely done.

 

I liked the PPV rundown, although somebody might wanna edit it to reflect Some Guy now participating

 

YAY! ALFDOGG RETURNS! I hope its Alfdogg vs Agnes and they have to Spin the Wheel and Make the Deal before having their match.

 

I don't get that Gym thing. Was that suppose to be Hoff? He already cut a promo about AngleMania. I'm confoozled.

Very good show, NNMX/Frankies was hot and the Hoff/Axel/Crystal/Dude/CoD promos were all excellent build for AM.

 

The Gunner appearance and suddent heel turn seemed a bit random, although maybe I missed him becoming more heel like previously.

 

Good to see Alf back. I could live without seeing the Deadly Alliance again though.

CC wrote the Crystal segment, and I'll try to refine Axel's character a bit more just for you. Perhaps he should just talk in swear words, as it would go further to proving your point.

Overall, good show everyone. I'm looking forward to seeing where everyone's angles end up after Mania.

I'm not worried when you critisice my character, but it seems that you don't have many, if any, positive things to say at all about my writing. Constructive criticism is fine, but not blatant dislike.

 

Anyway, I'm not going to crap on about that, we've got a big show coming up, and an awesome group of guys here who try their asses off every week to be entertaining. Sure, PRL might be a Rock ripoff, Axel might be a amalgamation of every 'dark character' there ever was with a mouth like Andrew Dice Clay, and Hoff is supposed to look like Buff Bagwell, but damn, its entertaining, whatever it is.

Enjoyed FS’ promo. Video packages are something I have a hard time doing. Maybe due to my desire to set them all to “Candy” by Mandy Moore. Step to me like sugar to my heart!

 

Huge thank you’s to KC for doing the PPV preview. Coach claiming that Caboose was going to get his ass beat was funny.

 

I’ve actually been around long enough to remember Some Guy. When I came in he was feuding with Anglesault or SuperStar. On a side note, of that whole influx of new people who came in around AM II, I think MST3K and I are the only ones still here.

Well, Crystal debuted on the IntenseZone after AngleMania II, and The Mad Cappa had been around since February of 2003, so we're not alone. PRL, Popick, Dan Black, T-Bod, The Lightning Crew, Colombian Heat, and The Mad Cappa were the only iZ wrestlers who went to HeldDOWN~! after the roster merger.
