Waltman shoots big time on TNA

Recommended Posts

Is he still with TNA?

The guys on BTR also asked Michael Shane (who was doing an in studio interview) if Jarrett should drop the title. He had to turn off his mic and answer the question.

Sean can shoot on TNA when he

1) doesnt fuck animals (chyna)

2) when he can actually get over

3) when he can actually make me give a damn about him

Or he could be NWA World Champion.

Jeffy doesn't hit your criteria.

Did Jarrett stole your lunch when you were a kid?

No, but he stole $10 three times from me for his shitty product.

Did he forced you to order three PPVs at gunpoint?

MikeSC also blames Jarrett for the Tsunami in SE Asia in December.

Mike's right, though. TNA hasn't been setting the world on fire with him as champ. Enough is enough and it's time for a change.

Shouldn't Waltman be off thanking Satan for the fact that he still has a job instead of complaining about one of the few companies that will give him work?

I am in no way, shape or form a Waltman supporter, but the man is pretty damn over in Universal. He got two of the biggest pops on the two run-ins he did at the PPV's.

Dustin Rhodes is actually quite an underrated worker. His run in WCW had some GEMS that are, in general, forgotten. I wasn't going off on Jarrett with that comment, just stating what I considered to be an inequity in the booking. Dustin has the capacity to play EXACTLY the same role JJ is now, except do it ten thousand times better.

Oh and we'll compare JJ and Slick Ric when Double J draws money.

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~! :headbang:

I'd pick JJ over Dustin as a worker right now. Dustin was amazing as Goldust and in WCW was pretty damn over. I have nothing against him.

I know u weren't attacking Jarrett. And I was kidding with the ric flair thing.

JJ has drawn money...my money!

JJ gets better opponents, I would kill for a Dustin/Monty match that goes like 15 mins.

Something about Dustin has always seemed awkward in the ring.

I don't even know who you could put him in the ring with in TNA as most guys on the roster are smallish.

Although...I thought his match with Kid Kash was the best match he's had in TNA by far.

But...he'd dwarf Daniels and Styles and Sabin and Petey and anyone else who's good.

Rhodes vs. Abyss might work though.

Why? Dustin vs. Monty for 15 minutes?

Because Dustin and Monty could have some serious chemistry together. Dustin playing the Southern face and timing his comebacks while Monty dominates with power stuff.

Dustin's Southern Face gimmick is horrible.

He needs to turn heel, saying his daddy never gave him anything and he hates Dusty for it now. Now that Dustin has his own kids he's 10 times the father Dusty ever was.

Dusty could say he didn't want to give Dustin special treatment(we know it's BS) cuz he wanted to be fair to everyone.

Then Dustin vs Dusty non wrestling angle. with Dusty giving Dustin tough matches and such.

I think that would get over better than his weak face gimmick.

Like LastBoyScout said he could play Jarrett's role now.

But that would make Dustin the de-facto top heel in the company. He's nowhere near good enough to pull that off. Vince didn't even give him that spot when he was over and there was a shortage of good heels in 96. Dustin was best, IMO in 2003/03 WWE as Goldust. He seemed motivated and in shape, from what I've seen of him in TNA he is neither.

Why is it that no one can come up with anythign other than "chap wearing Texican" as a non-WWE gimmick for the guy? He obviously needs a gimmick to allow his charisma to come through. If they ran with the Se7en gimmick in WCW he might have gotten over.

Dustin is pretty worthless now-a-days without gold face paint and a wig.

I think he is outta shape too. But also think given the right amount of a gradual push he could be a top heel. But with this "texan" gimmick he's as good as dead.

Yeah, he doesn't have anything to work with. He's stuck in meaningless tag matches.
