So when is the carnival coming anyway? I'm not just going to stand here and wait.

Funniest thing ever

Sorry to keep you waiting. I'll give you the heads up when it gets around the Chicago area.

No, that's okay

well then forget about seeing your soul-mate again...

BOZO!!??!???!!

Cute story, while we're talking about WGN: I was on the Bozo Show once, taped in November '94, aired February '95. I had to walk serpentine around a line of cones with a book on my head, which due to the shape of my head, I could not balance. I just held it there and handed it off to the other person on my team. Our team won the relay race. We won boxes of Matt's chocolate chip cookies and Little Mermaid hand-held games.

This just in!~ Marijuana possesses neurochemical manipulating agents! Like all other substances of its type, it may or may not affect developmental patterns.

No doctor was able to make comment.

The government agencies with an agenda of the image production for marijuana will explain everything.

They should have just showed kids gyrating like tools at raves and sucking on pacifiers, intercut with Jeff Hardy's opening.

'Ecstasy: You don't want to look like that, no matter HOW good it makes you feel.'

"Hey kids, don't do X or you'll wind up like me..."

I think a more effective slogan under that picture would be:

"Hey kids, don't do X or you'll wind up with me..."

The only other thing I'd like to add is that these people should not be allowed to breed so that natural selection could "weed" out the bums.

Great pun.

I fall into the category of "not liking the sensation" so i can see that happening.

But with that law, is there a way that they can test urine to prove you are under the influence at the time. Somebody getting pulled over and busted when he smoked weed yesterday would be shitty.

Thats true that weed isn't physically addictive, so maybe "abusers" wouldn't be such a problem.

If they did legalize it, the amount of users would increase greatly, which could lead to "abusers" and ya people do smoke it now if they want it bad enough. But with it being legal that increases the exposure of the drug to more people on a daily basis. So It's obvious that the amount of people using or abusing would increase.

edit: thank you mike

not sure if this has been said yet about the drug testing, but i know a guy who works for a company that regularly tests him, and through convos with the tester, he learned that the tests are so accurate that they can tell if you smoked the pot or were just a bystander getting smoke blown in your face

so im sure theyd know if you lit up yesterday or this morning

i light up occasionally or every other day, but don't consider myself a burnout, nor plan on becoming one

i believe that weed can have positive affects on your brain if used properly

i knew a guy, only 16, total burnout, and when he was stoned, the first thing hed hit up was video games, and play all day and all night. im not trying to say theres anything wrong with playing video games, but i could just tell he was getting dumber every minute

he also couldnt think on his feet, so Mike was right about that, but thinking was never really his "thing" anyway

i believe the war on drugs is a perfect example of the elite of our society cramming their invented morals down our throats in order to profit off of our disagreements with them. it is always about control. and you can be sure that any study an marijaunna that was in any way funded by a government agency is corrupted by lies and propaganda

Yeah, and terrorists save lives. Also, no one can invent morals, they just come about through common beliefs. Obviously they aren't trying to stop people from using them, because people like you are so ANTI-GOVERNMENT.

You need to ask yourself how common beleifs come about, and if morality should be dependent on what most people think.

Common beliefs come about through the past and from when your parents teach you right and wrong. Morality shouldn't be dependent on what most people think, but you have to have a sense of what is right and wrong, what shouldn't be done and what should be done. I couldn't help but respond to his post because I felt it was filled with stupidity, which I hate.

and who taught your parents what is right and wrong? theirs? the church? the morals market is a very dangerous one, as any historical inquisition and genocide you care to name will prove. the fact is that someone else is writing your version of reality, your life script, all the time, and if you care which i dont mean to imply u should care, it is always up to the individual, the first step to overriding their programming and writing your own is to queistion the nature of your belief system and why you really think the way you do.

Rosecross.

I have my own set of beliefs, and I can honestly tell you that if my parents had taught me something that I believed to be wrong, I definitely wouldn't take their piece of advice. I never said that you couldn't decide for yourself, but others do not have to agree with your viewpoint, as I don't.

There's a huge discrepency between how society regards white collar and lower income criminals.

Why do you think that is?

Obviously it's not the best thing around to be a lower income criminal, thus that's why society regards them on a different level. I regard human beings the same, no one person is special in my mind, however I can't say that is how society feels.

yes, it is terrible that the person who steals 500$ from the package store is likely to get more time in a worse institution than the person who steals 500 million from their stockholders
