OAO Vengeance Thread

Yeah but he never seems to shift his focus, if he started going after the leg like a mad-man after an AS failed, it would make more sense for him to go the Ankle lock, but he busts it out right away. Which would make sense if it was his last chance "kill you" move, but it's become the most reversed submission in the WWE, so building to it seems more logical.

But come on.. It didnt work against him at Mania.. why the hell go through the back/neck process again after previously tapping out to the ankle lock?

Really good Michaels/Angle match with a silly ending. Since when does Angle jump off the top rope with an axehandle?

Michaels wins when Angle tries a top rope move and gets caught with a Superkick as Angle comes down.

So...what will be the rubber match...or does HBK get drafted now that he gets his revenge?

Fair enough

I just normally relate two finishers on the trot to some sort of botch finish(Ala Angle/Rock at NWO)

That match wasn't that good and barely registered as a *** match.

Dead crowd hurt to.

You're nuts. That match was probably top 3 matches I've seen in the year.

You must have limited exposure.

That match wasn't good. Not horrible just your cookie cutter HBK match.

Yet here you are spending 30 bucks to talk about it.

That's at least worth ****.

Nice to see I'm not the only one tired of the HBK paint-by-numbers-even-on-PPV match. People talk about Hart and Cena's five moves of doom, but Michaels pulls out the same match nearly every time he wrestles, give or take 5-10 minutes of complete no-selling.
