KingPK 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2005 So now that FM has decided to leave (something I wasn't very surprised to see happen, but that's for another day), the X-Title is up in the air. Now, PK was supposed to start something with the Dude this month that culminated at the PPV in an X-Title match. Right now, I can do one of two things. A) Do that feud by myself and have PK win at AngleSlam or B) Have a match next week on HD and have Dude suffer some major knee injury while losing the title to PK. I then can move on to someone else. I'm definitely leaning towards option B, since I don't know if I can (or really WANT to, since the guy's gone) make the feud interesting myself. Anyone want to offer anything here? And if not, then I wanted to write an Ultimate X Match during my title reign but never got around to it. You could have Dude get injured, vacate the title. Then make it PK (last challenger) vs. Leon Rodez (previous champion) vs. Christian Wright (to build Rodez/Wright) vs. one other heel. Yeah, then I guess I can go with the "Dude gets injured, PK wins title" route and have an Ultimate X match at LTP. How about PK faces Nathan Black then for the X-Title, with the story being that PK was supposed to get an X-title shot against the Dude but the brass found out he sold the belt, so they fired him and made this match instead.
