It's extremely similar to the English muffin, just not as sweet.

Scones are thick bread that are flaky on the outside, and chewy on the inside for the most part. They come in a variety of flavors like this one which is orange and raisins:

At Starbucks, we usually sell cinnamon chip, cranberry orange, blueberry, and chocolate in the morning. They're better than I thought they would be.

Both scones and crumpets are delicious. To eat scones right though you gots to be having it with clotted cream and jam. I'm not a big cream fan, but love scones and strawberry jam.

 

I don't remember a single instance however, when I have had both crumpets and tea. As far as American baked goods go, I'm eternally greatful for the blueberry muffin. They're the bomb, yo.

I have to sell them at Starbucks.

 

I tend to know a lot about international foods, in general.
