Should there be a rule that you don't vote on movies you haven't seen? Cause I mean if a lot of people haven't seen a certain movie, they might automatically vote for the other one despite it paling in comparison...

No, there is no such rule. If you look at some people's votes, they've omitted some choices (I'm guessing due to not having seen 1-2 of the nominees).

 

However, everyone has the right to vote (or not vote) for any of the films. Someone may believe that the one film they've seen is THAT good. If so, they should vote for it.

 

I agree, some films may get slighted due to being obscure, but that's the breaks. IMO, if you're going to produce something that good, it'll be seen eventually.

 

People have to use their own judgment.
