I just turned on Velocity, and I see Regal coming out acting like, and dressed like, he did in WCW as Lord Steven Regal. This is fucking fantastic! I mean, Jesus, show a LITTLE respect for your viewers. The guy was literally on this same show about a week ago, please don't give me this "Here's a newcomer, we've never seen him before..." crap. I liked on there last week Brent Albright was intense waiting for someone to arrive and she was like "Brent Albright, what are you doing looking at the door?" Guest Ken_Anderson Report post Posted August 21, 2005 I got rained in to Barnes N' Noble this morning and ended up reading Regal's entire book in about four hours. Seriously one of the better wrestling books out there, and you can't help but respect for not only turning his life completely around, but also for his brutal honesty in the book. There's a lot of reasons to legitimately dislike Vince McMahon, but as Regal openly admits in the book, Vince saved his life. He also probably saved Paul Bearer's life as well, but I guess that's beside the point. Anyway, the show has been AWESOME, and I was WAY excited to see Regal back in oldschool mode too. It seems like creative finds it easier to book good Velocity shows then the big shows. Also next week they'll debut Kevin Ken Kennedy and he'll have a racist gimmick, mark my words. Plus I an just a fan of the Arn Anderson spine-buster that he could preform. Lord Steven Regal is back! That is cool. I wish though that they used his old WCW music though. I too was perplexed at the Ken Anderson-Kennedy name change, but if you notcied last week his tights read KK on them, perhaps Anderson is his real last name and Kennedy his wrestling name. as you know when WWE uses jobbers they usually make them use their real names instead of gimmick ones. Since now Ken is apparntly going to be on the roster they let him have his gimmick back. anyhow you got to love a guy who insists on doing his own ring intros.
