Looking for a Movie title

All I recall about the movie is that a young mother has her child taken from her and put into a foster home. The foster mother abuses the child (making him kneel on brooms etc) and finally accidently kills him by knocking him down some stairs (If I recall correctly)The movie then goes into the trial portion where the original mother comes back and now has 2 more healthy youngsters of her own and villifies the system for killing her baby boy. Testimony of the abuse is gone over, culminating with one person talking about the boy being force fed and puking...then being forced to eat his own vomit. If anyone recalls this TV movie I would love to hear it. I would guess it was made in the early 90's.

I watched one the other day, it was about date rape in college...starred Mark-Paul Goslear (sp?), Candice Cameron, that Nikki whats-her-name with the big cans married to Bobcat Goldthwaite and Jenna Von Oy...yeah you know you'd be watching that shit too with that lineup...

I watched a few minutes of a Lifetime movie, but only because it had a young Jeri Ryan - in a bikini - and Tori Spelling ... and even though Jeri Ryan is infinitely hotter AND was wearing a bikini, Tori Spelling was the girl that the guys were drooling over.

 

Turned it off as soon as JR was wearing more than that bikini top.
