WWE main event writing duties

I'm willing to write a portion of the match, but I'd just like to have us figure out who is doing what.

 

Since there will be three eliminations, I figure that maybe Eski can write up to the first, Tony does the next and then I do the final part (which would be PK and SJ) with SJ throwing in some ideas and helping out the three of us (since he's still getting back into it).

 

And will this be all four guys in the ring at once, or will there be tagging?

It was. So you're right in asking if we're using the normal ramp. And we are! Old school ramp = RATINGS & BUYRATES!

 

Honest to goodness, I ordered the Great American Bash 2000 because I thought the ramp was going to be used (WCW brought it back for a few Nitros and Slamboree). Boy was I disappointed.

I was thinking we could do something like that on HD this week, either have all four guys do a pre-taped thing or have one of those sit down interviews with Josh Matthews or something (which would let us interact with each other more).

Tony...can I write the PPV opening? It's just, I have a bookend style Love Shack planned (pre and post show), so it'd make sense for me to write the opening and send that, with the Shack, so it fits well. Plus, I've got a cool video package in mind.

 

Hell, I can probably do the openings each month if need be.

Costumes...er, Caboose should be something British. Butler? Beefeater? Viking? Cole could be in a giant spanner costume, to represent his toolness. If we're thinking up costumes, I'll probably use Schiavone and The Body in the intro so ideas for them too would be appreciated.

 

That reminds me, what are we doing with Coachman? Are we still turning him heel an Upstart? I thought during the 6 Man Tag, it'd make sense, because for Upstarts/Original matches, Caboose needs to be the face. And I really hate writing face Coachman, so the sooner he turns the better as far as I'm concerned.

You know, I had to look up what a spanner was. Apparently it's what we Americans call a wrench! I like the suggestion though. Jesse could be a commando or in a suit as President Ventura. Schiavone, I don't know. Maybe as a member of KISS or Mick Foley. That'll put butts in the seats.

 

I've been wondering about the Coach thing too. It doesn't affect my matches since I'm mostly doing tags, but we should turn him soon.

Eh, I just throw in the odd cliched BABY GUURRLL here and there, the odd line for Rodez's signature moves and leave him silent. I loves me some heel Coach though, so the sooner he turns, the sooner I can start writing better commentary. First HD after WWE works.
