The Ghost of bps21 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Well it looks like my prediction of losing by 3 scores is in jeopardy. I have a dream. I HAVE A DREAM!!! And that dream is that my Bills will only lose by...2 SCORES!!!! WOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! Moral victories rule!!!!
UZI Suicide 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 This game is setting the NFL back a quarter century.
The Ghost of bps21 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Shut your hole. As a Bills fan I find it completely refreshing to watch a Bills/Pats game into the second half without laughing at the score every time I look up. Who cares that the Patriots haven't even shown up to the field yet...and the Bills still can't find the endzone. ... I'm hungry.
The Ghost of bps21 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 That's more like it. I'm going back to my losing by 3 scores prediction. 24-3.
MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Funny I start watching the SNF game and the Pats scored a TD and then the Bills came back with a score of their own. More offense in half an hour than there was in the entire first half that I missed.
mike546 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Do they even have to play the rest of the game? We know Bradys going to drive them to the 20 to set up a GW Vinateri FG with 3 seconds left in the game.
The Ghost of bps21 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Yeah...but there's a reason that hollywood always uses the same endings too... we keep watching. even though we know. ... and hate it.

Red Baron 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 You know, as long as New England doesn't go over the eight point lead I'm happy. Seriously, anyone who knows about Football or played Madden to death can coach better than the Bills head coach.
The Ghost of bps21 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 True. But at least in Madden they get the replays correct.

Red Baron 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Wow. I hope Buffalo fires their coaching staff at seasons end. Now I hope that the Pats don't score again.
Guest *KNK* Report post Posted October 31, 2005 How does Buffalo fans cope with knowing they could easily have gotten Marvin Lewis instead of Mularky and see where the Bengals are now and where the Bills arent.
Hogan Made Wrestling 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 That last three minutes or so by Buffalo was absolutely pathetic. EDIT: HAHAHAHA a forward lateral!

UZI Suicide 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 To be fair, the Bills got fucked over royally by those calls the Pats got (what else is new).
Fökai 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Wow, the Bills are just....indescribable as a team.
Guest *KNK* Report post Posted October 31, 2005 There's alot of team who are apprently clueless in the NFL. The scary part? some of those teams could still make the playoffs.
Zetterberg is God 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 I am pretty upset right now. Christ, I should have expected nothing less but the first three quarters were owned by the Bills. That call was absolute BS but it didn't cost them the game, the fumble did. I suppose I should be somewhat pleased with the effort but still. It was erased by another shit finish. With the Chiefs and Chargers still to come, the frustration will no doubt continue.
cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Oh fuck this. Everyone, and I mean everyone on this forum that is not from the northeast needs to beg the Colts to squash these fucks once and for all next week. This garbage isn't even funny anymore. I can't even begin to describe how important that game is. Colts beat their asses....Pats are 4-4 and pretty much a non threat. If the Pats win they go to 5-3 and look more and more dangerous for another unwanted playoff push.
mike546 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Yea, please Peyton, beat their asses.
Guest *KNK* Report post Posted October 31, 2005 I guess the Patriots backlash is in full effect now. That makes me want to see them walk out of Detroit champions again even more...and I hate NE.

CanadianGuitarist 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Yea, please Peyton, beat their asses. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm fearing it'll become a Senators-Leafs style thing, where Indy runs rampant in the season but can't get over the hump in the playoffs. God, I hope not. Manning's too good not to have a ring or four.
cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 Hell, at least the Eagles have the common decency to just flat out suck and get squashed by people. I wouldn't have any problems if the Patriots would win a game LEGIT for once. As in just going out and beating someone for 60 mins. and being the better team. I mean tonight they were totally outplayed by the Bills and yet I just knew the Bills would fuck it all up. At least the Pats got an actual TD instead of what I figured would be the outcome (namely Brady drives them to the 30 and we get the eyegouge inducing Vinatieri FG to make it 17-16). They can thank Kelly Holcomb for being crappy and fumbling the game away.
The Czech Republic 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 For those watching halftime of the Giants game...I wonder how many people who use that Green Day song in that context know it's subtitled "Good Riddance." <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh tell me they didn't use Green Day for Wellington Mara
therealworldschampion 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 The Giants may just be the best team in the NFC today, but I still don't trust Eli Manning yet down the stretch. Next season will be a different story though. Of course with Tiki Barber possessed like he is, it allows Eli to not be pressured so much. As far as Plummer, everyone knows the Jake will be exposed as soon as the Broncos play a team that can stop the run. It usually happens around playoff time. Plummer is comfortable moving around in the pocket and picking up short yardage 3rd downs, however like a Drew Bledsoe, when it is up to him to win the game, he pretty much fails every time. The Eagles, they are 4-3, and not dead yet. I think they have been in worse or equally as bad situations over the past season or so, and rebounded once they got healthy. They still have the personnel, or at least most of it, that got them to the Superbowl last season. My Skins, well, I just dunno, they need to stop fumbling the damn ball. I don't care how weak the defense looked today, the D kept the game close as long as it could, but four turnovers is too much for any team to overcome. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Unfortunately Mike, I think the Eagles are done for the year. That McNabb injury has killed them. I personally see them as a 8-8 team this year.
