Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 5, 2005 I've taken pics of me with no shirt on from June and I have a few from recently. I should post them. Yes, you should! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Then again I'm not sure I want to show off my beer/dr. pepper gut on this board.

CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2005 Hey Brian, got any workout suggestions for females trying to get a bit more muscle mass? I know techniques, but they're specifically for certain sports and male designed.
Failed Bridge 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2005 Don't suggest anything to her Brian! I don't wanna see her body turn into some weird Chyna/Nicole Bass type thing.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2005 She's already so small and skinny.......her bones and tendons would snap if she had Chyna muscle.
Matt Young 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2005 Do any of you even know what she looks like? I don't, but that line could apply to me if you replaces "she" with "he".
Guest Leelee Report post Posted November 6, 2005 Lindsay, I don't think you want any more noticeable muscle mass. It only makes you uglier. And doesn't help for sports much, since volleyball uses much of the same muscles that tennis does.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2005 Do any of you even know what she looks like? I don't, but that line could apply to me if you replaces "she" with "he". <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes I know exactly what she looks like. I've seen many pictures in the past when we talked on MSN. Guest Leelee Report post Posted November 6, 2005 CC is cute, but I need to see more body pics.
Matt Young 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2005 Oh, I thought she was one of those girls who didn't want us freaks on the internet knowing what she looked like... heh. Never mind, then.

Guest Leelee Report post Posted November 6, 2005 I only saw one with the uniform on her bed. Boo.
Guest Brian Report post Posted November 6, 2005 CC, I recommend you start with a program like the one-set program I mentioned above, doing sets of light weight at around 12-15 reps per set. I'd aim for 3 set per muscle group, see how that feel. Go back to the old thread and check out what I said about biceps (and the other muscle groups, though I will re-post and edit that stuff later). I would say start out on high rep/low weight series like that, and see how things feel. It's just the easiest way to get things going. Pics would help, you know, to formulate a better gameplan. CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2005 She's already so small and skinny.......her bones and tendons would snap if she had Chyna muscle. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Small and skinny? Sure, I'm thin, but certainly no skinny. 5'8 and 150 pounds. Thanks Brian.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2005 I remember you being skinny. You're a swimmer. So you're muscular. Certainly not any fat. Right?
Sass 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2005 Hey, you're bigger than Matt Young. I'd say you're a healthy size of a girl too, CC. Do you do much cardio?
CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2005 Yeah Sass, I do quite a bit of swimming and waterpolo, so cardio is my main source of exercise. I used to lift quite often, but stopped 2 months ago because I suck at time management.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2005 What did you say about getting stronger? Because I've decided at this point while i'm losing the gut I want to get strong as fuck.
Guest Leelee Report post Posted November 16, 2005 Ooh, you're so big and angry.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2005 Ooh, you're so big and angry. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I actually haven't been angry in a while and I know plenty of people bigger than me. I like to think that I'm probably medium size in the grand scheme of things.
Matt Young 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2005 I've been in for a few random workouts, but haven't been able to put together a giood planfor myself yet. I'm going to Illinois next week, and I'll be working out at Gold's with my friend Adam, so he can help me out, and I'll be speaking to my ex, Mandy, whose stepdad is a former bodybuilder and currently a personal trainer. I'm hoping he can give me a basic workout/meal plan freeof charge.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2005 What about supplements? I don't know how exactly those work.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2005 In addition to supplements I was also wondering if anybody had checked out HHH's work-out book. Does it have good advice at all?
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2005 I take it that HHH's book sucks then and nobody knows anything about supplements?
Guest Leelee Report post Posted November 20, 2005 I don't know much about lifting... but, I don't think a wrestling roid freak like HHH is someone I'd look to first.
Chuck Woolery 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2005 Dama: Creatine works, but the research on it shows that it may or may not fuck up your liver. If you want to see results quickly, though, that's the stuff to use... if you're interested, me or someone else can give you information on it.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2005 Go ahead and suggest and tell me. I remember you also mentioning once that I should swim b/c it's awesome exercise. I need to get down to the indoor pool at OU and do it.
