I did.

 

I downloaded a completely illegal ROM of Street Fighter II Turbo for my SNES emulator, which fills up the stealing quota.

 

As for lying, I promised not to reveal the names of two guys from my school who sucked each other off... and then revealed their names. One of them, anyway.

 

I still have to cheat, though... maybe I'll use the Unlock Everything code in Vigilante 8.
