If it is marijuana, then the fact that this is an issue is sad. I didn't know you can get arrested for not having drugs on you. I also didn't know it's routine to search someone's car during a traffic stop. "Do you have a license and registration for those bullets in your car sir?" At which point the officer told him that he had a warrant out for his arrest on the grounds of not paying a prior speeding ticket.
