I put this together for another thread on another website and thought you guys may be interested in reading it. I'm sure not everyone will agree with the decisions I would make or like the things I would do, but I honestly believe if actually given the chance (which in reality will never happen) that I could make it work, and return the company back into one of the hottest things in all of sports and entertainment, like it was back in the late 90's. ok, here's what I would do if I was incharge of the wwe; 1- end the brand spilt and have only 1 WWE champion. also go back the only 12 ppvs a year. 2- fire people, here's my list of those who would get the axe- Johnny Ace Todd Grisham Steve Romero Eric Biscoff Mark Henry Sharmell Maria Candace Snitsky Viscera The Boogeyman Bob Orton JBL Bob Holly Animal Paul London Brain Kendrick Trevor Murdoch Funaki Mike Mizanin Ryan Reeves Nick Mitchell The Shane Twins Mikey Batts Mike Taylor C.M.Punk all the midgets 3- re-assign some other talent- (guys I would send down to develpoment) Striker Heidenreich The Heartthrobs (re-team with Mo Green) Lance Cade Heindenreich Orlando Jordan Tyson Tomko The Tolands Jillian Hall Ashley Massaro Brian Black (Palmer Cannon) Davari Josh Matthews (as an announcer) Nick Nemeth guys I'd put in developement jobs, to groom & train young wrestlers- Rico Scotty 2 Hotty William Regal Stevie Richards Lance Storm(already does) Al Snow (ad) Tommy Dreamer (ad) Bill DeMott (ad) and bring back Ivory to work with the women 4- sign (and bring back) some new talent- The Rock (on a very limited appreance deal) Chris Jericho Brock Lesnar A.J. Styles Chris Sabin Lance Storm (in a managerial/ part-time capacity) Petey Williams Bobby Rude AMW The Naturals Austin Aries The Dudleyz Rhino Charlie Haas Gail Kim Molly Tracy Brooks Jackie Gayda Nidia Harry Smith Nigel McGuiness Bryan Danielson Dawn Marie Christian Billy Kidman Shanon Moore Maven (as a heel manager) Joey Legend Johnny Stamobli Simon Diamond Mike Awesome guys I'd sign or re-sign to developement- Luther Reigns Kazarian Mark Magnus ( Muhammed Hassan) Sonny Siaki Johnny Walters Roderick Strong Billy Bax Alex Shelly Andrew Ryker The OC boys The Logan Brothers Rob Eckos Scotty Charisma Joey Ryan Mikey Henderson Chad Collyer Doug Williams Arch Kincaid Mike Kruel Colt Cabana Trinity Kim Nielson Mark Jindrak Matt Morgan Greg Matthews (TE 1) Daniel Rodimer (TE 4) Brian Danovich (TE 4- torn pec guy) Jonah Adleman (TE 3) The Havana Pitbulls Jose & Joel Maximo Danny Doring Chris Chetti Race Steele Jimmy Vegas Jason Cross Chet Jablonski Matt Styker (the Stryker with the eyebrow) 5- other things I'd do- -bring back King of the ring -get the belt off Cena and/or Batista -put undertaker on a semi-retirement deal like Foley -de-push Cena from the title, picture have him fued with Orton for the IC title or something -re-mask Kane -turn Greg Helms back into the Hurricane -break-up the mexicools -seperate Lita and Edge -make JR president of talent relations again -bring back all the Hebners -bring back Jim Cornette working with OVW and developement -reassign Teddy Long is a road agent job -move Stephanie McMahon off the creative team -make Paul Heyman one of the leaders of the creative team (along with myself), also with Ed Ferrara, Brian Gerwitz, David Lagana and Court Bauer as contributing writers. - bring in Terry Talyor and Jerry Lynn as road agents -bring back Mike Sparks, and offer Billy Silverman a job as referee -fire any of the hollywood writers who have no business writing a wrestling show -bring back heat to tv - bring back the lost genre known as managers- make Flair, announcer Justin Roberts, Maven, and Lance Storm manager, also maybe bring in Jeff Jones -make the ECW ppv a yearly event -make the Dicks, the Tolands again - change Johnny Parisi's name back to Johnny Swinger - re-invigorate the women's divison by bringing in and bringing back the afore mentioned talent - get rid of the Eugene character and introduce Nick Dinsmore as himself, as Eugenes normal twin brother - change Simon Dean back into Super Nova, and team him with the superhereos, Hurricane, Rosey, and Mighty Molly - reform The Revolution with Damaja, "The Machine" Doug Basham, and Victoria all as heels - form Team Canada with Lance Storm, Rene Dupree, Sylvain Grenier, Joey Legend, Bobby Rude, and Petey Williams - have the F.B.I with Nunzio, Big Vito, and Johnny Stamboli - reform the Filthy Animals with Juvi, Chavo, Rey Mysterio and Billy Kidman - bring back Kevin Kelly as an interviewer -demote Coach back to an interviewer, never involve him in storylines again! - Have Wrestlemania 23 in Calgary, let Bret Hart come back and have tv time to say whatever he wants to, to say goodbye to the fans, give him a proper reitrement ceremony and celebrate his career, and induct him into the hall of fame. - make RVD the world champion at least once - do way less house shows, to lighten up the tought road schedule if I was in charge here's how the divisons would look- Tag Teams- The Dudleys MNM The Lords of the Ring- "Ironman" Rob Conway and "Mr.Wrestling" Nick Dinsmore Team Canada- Rene Dupree and Sylvain Grenier the Superheros- Hurricane and Super Nova the Revolution- Damaja and Doug Basham the F.B.I- Big Vito and Johnny Stamboli the Filthy Animals- Chavo Guerrero and Billy Kidman the Worlds Greatest tag team- Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas the Nw british bulldogs- Harry Smith and Paul Burchill (maybe with Regal as manager) (or if Teddy Hart ever gets his shit straight the new hart foundation with Teddy Hart and Harry Smith) Womens- Trish Victoria Lita Molly Melina Torrie Stacy Dawn Marie Gail Kim Nidia Jackie Tracy Brooks Cruiserweights- Chris Sabin Petey Williams Austin Aries Billy Kidman Shannon Moore Tajiri Rey Mysterio Chavo Guerrero Juventud Psicosis Super Crazy The Hurricane Jamie Noble Factions/Stables- The Superheroes Team Canada The Revolution F.B.I Filthy Animals And my champions would be- Women's- Trish Cruiserweight- Rey Mysterio Tag Team- The Lords of the Ring Intercontinental- Randy Orton World- Chris Benoit Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Guest Amy Ace Report post Posted November 29, 2005 I love London and Kendrick, but to me they look really out of place in the WWE, and to the regular casual-fan which is what the majority of the fanbase is made up of, they aren't anything special. Just because a person is a great worker doesn't mean they belong in the WWE, and I myself find both thier characters a little uninteresting. Like I said not everyone will agree with my decisions, and I never said signing and firing all those wrestlers would be simple, but when you have the kind of resources the WWE has behind them (like thier lawyers and payroll) I don't think it would be too difficult. I'm sorry, GM character or not, the guy is one of the only non-wrestlers who can get heat, cut a decent promo, and garner some good hype from the fans in the arena. Go away, please.
