Ced 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2005 For some reason, no matter how often I change it, the laptop's internal clock never seems to advance forward while it's powered down. It's minor, but annoying nonetheless. What do I need to fix so the stupid thing keeps the correct time?

The Electrifyer 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2005 I had a similar problem with my desktop PC once. My dad said that PC clocks run on an internal battery, one like in watches, and that it just needed replacing. Perhaps this is the same for laptops as well.
