haVoc 0 Report post Posted December 27, 2005 Big Show suffers broken hand, vows to compete December 27, 2005 Triple H showed the world once again why he is indeed the Cerebral Assassin. During Triple H and Big Show's contract signing for their match at New Year's Revolution, The Game jammed a pen in his opponent's eye. Triple H took the assault a step further when he retrieved a sledgehammer that he had cleverly already hidden underneath the contract-signing table. Then, with Big Show down on the outside of the ring, The Game crushed the big man's hand when he took the sledgehammer to it. Big Show immediately fell to the ground, writhing and screaming in pain, while Triple H smugly smirked and walked back up the ramp. Show later learned that he had indeed broken his hand. While a sledgehammer and broken bones would stop most men, Big Show vows that he will still compete at New Year's Revolution and look to exact revenge. Credit: WWE.com Work or a work gone wrong? Guest Zarock Report post Posted December 27, 2005 I dunno, the shot looked very legitimate to me, and Big Show certainly ACTED like it was legit, although it wouldn't suprise me if Show's just fakin'.

hyperchord24 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2005 So are they actually going thru with this "Shelton's Mama" gimmick? I missed that part of RAW and I can't find it anywhere in the results.
Silence 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2005 So are they actually going thru with this "Shelton's Mama" gimmick? I missed that part of RAW and I can't find it anywhere in the results. There was a backstage segment with Benjamin on his cell phone talking to someone who said they would be on Raw next week. Before the call ended, Benjamin said "Love you too". It seems like WWE is actually going through with it.
Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2005 Was it ever discussed here how these matches were made, kayfabe-wise? No GM, but somehow we got Angle vs. Daivari, Kane vs. Heart Throbs, and Carlito vs. Victoria. Those pairings don't make any sense.

ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2005 They mentioned the pairings were made by a random drawing. As for who's in charge...Vince is running Raw until a GM is chosen.
Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2005 Random drawing would explain Angle/Daivari, but not how a woman or a complete tag team would be thrown in the mix. But, whatever.

Coach said by Random drawing, ANYONE could be picked. And my guess on the Heart Throbs thing is that they were put in as a team.
