WWE - "Jive Soul Bro" Music Video

November 28, 1987 | Approx. run time: 3 mins.

There have been countless managers over the years in WWE, but Slick was certainly one of the most colorful. They didn't call him the Dr. of Style for nothing. Perhaps nothing showed off Slick's character as good as this music video for his theme music, Jive Soul Bro. Not only was it his theme music, but he sang it as well.

This match is from just the third-ever RAW. The always colorful Randy Savage had to make sure all his bills were paid before facing the mischievous Repo Man. Could Repo Man, who many fans also know as Smash from Demolition, stay away from Savage's trademark flying elbow?

WWE RAW - Scott Steiner vs. Triple H

January 6, 2003 | Approx. run time: 17 mins.

Just a couple of weeks away from their World Heavyweight Championship match at the Royal Rumble, Triple H and Scott Steiner engaged in a Pose Down. Triple H brought in six biased judges, though. Would the biased judges be able to overlook the physique of the genetic freak?

October 17, 1987 | Approx. run time: 3 mins.

Tito Santana and Rick Martel formed the World Tag Team Champion team of Strike Force. While their high-flying, fast-paced style in the ring gained them many fans, it was their boyish good looks that attracted several female fans as well. This music video for their theme song Girls in Cars comes complete with an introduction from Santana and Martel themselves.

WWE RAW - Smokin' Gunns vs. Shawn Michaels & Ahmed Johnson

July 22, 1996 | Approx. run time: 16 mins.

WWE - Sunny Music Video

April 15, 1996 | Approx. run time: 1 mins.

While WWE has several Divas that heat things up every week, Sunny was one of the first Divas to pave the way. This music video encapsulates some of her hottest moments while in WWE. Don't miss all of these sizzling moments

WWE - Rock Appreciation Night/Goldberg's Debut

March 31, 2003 | Approx. run time: 4 mins.

This was just one night after The Rock defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania. The Rock felt after such a big win, it would be appropriate for Rock Appreciation Night. Someone else didn't think so, though. Don't miss Goldberg's huge debut when he took out The Rock.

Slammy Awards - Sunny wins for Best Buns, Best Manager

March 30, 1996 | Approx. run time: 6 mins.

Sunny wasn't just one of the hottest Divas in WWE history. She was also one of the greatest managers of her time. She certainly proved it at the 1996 Slammy Awards when she took home the Best Manager and Best Buns Awards. Check out the highlights from this unique ceremony.

WCW Thunder - Paisley vs. Tammy Lynn Sytch

April 26, 2000 | Approx. run time: 7 mins.

Tammy Lynn Sytch, also known to WWE fans as Sunny, came to WCW as the manager of the late Chris Candido. But she also knew how to mix it up in the ring. Don't miss this rare match between herself and Paisley, who WWE fans now know as Booker T's wife Sharmell.

ECW Heatwave - Chris Candido vs. Lance Storm

August 2, 1998 | Approx. run time: 12 mins.

While it was Chris Candido squaring off against Lance Storm in this one, it was Tammy Lynn Sytch, also known to WWE fans as Sunny, who played a major role in the outcome. Would she help her man Candido to a win, or would her interference backfire and result in a victory for Storm?

WWE SmackDown - Hulk Hogan Returns

January 23, 2003 | Approx. run time: 13 mins.

After falling to Brock Lesnar in August 2002, Hulk Hogan hadn't been seen in a WWE ring - until SmackDown on Jan. 23, 2003 that is. Hogan came back for what he called his "last journey", but Mr. McMahon interrupted him. You won't want to miss what happened when these two got in the same ring together.

WWE RAW - The Rock Concert

March 24, 2003 | Approx. run time: 12 mins.

Just one week before meeting Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania, The Rock decided to treat the RAW crowd to a very special "Rock Concert." The Rock opened up with a song insulting the Sacramento audience and followed it up with a number insulting Stone Cold himself. It didn't take long for the Texas Rattlesnake to interrupt and make some music of his own.

WWE - "Piledriver" Music Video

October 3, 1987 | Approx. run time: 3 mins.

This was the title track off of the WWE album of the same name in 1987. Koko B. Ware lent the vocals to this little diddy that compared love to a piledriver. While Ware sang the song, such Superstars as Billy Jack Haynes, Honky Tonk Man, Don Muraco, Bam Bam Bigelow, Sir Oliver Humperdink and even Hulk Hogan starred throughout the music video.

WWE - "Stand Back" Music Video

November 14, 1987 | Approx. run time: 3 mins.

Mr. McMahon is known for many things. He's a former WWE Champion. He started his own Kiss My Ass Club. He put ECW and WCW out of business. But it's often overlooked that he was also a recording artist. He lent his vocals to "Stand Back" from the Piledriver album. A music video featuring clips of Andre the Giant was made to go along with the song.

WWE - The Bodydonnas vs The Godwinns

March 31, 1996 | Approx. run time: 6 mins.

The Bodydonnas had a shot at the World Tag Team Championship in the Free For All Match before WrestleMania against The Godwinns. Sunny made sure she used all of her "assets" to help her men get the upper hand. Would it be enough for Skip and Zip to bring home the gold?

----

A good mix of matches and segments. It's good to see some obscure TV stuff that I haven't seen since it first aired (Ahmed/HBK vs Gunns) or ever (Polo/Jannetty, Repo Man/Macho Man) and wacky segments where wrestlers sing that I've never seen, only heard about.

Yeah, definitely happy they didn't load it up w/ ppv matches most of us have seen 1,000,000 times.

However, I kind of wish there were more matches to balance out the entertainment segments. But, I can't wait to get home to watch The Rock Concert.

Not sure what inspired the Sunny theme this month.

Someone must have gotten a hold of the Piledriver Coliseum Video from the vault.

Finally, I was kinda hoping that they'd throw in the Royal Rumble 1988 match.

But all in all, a pretty good month.

Definitely. Gotta love Vince scopin' out the chicks.

Check out "Stand Back". When I first heard it, the song was stuck in my head for weeks. Plus, clips of Andre kicking Hogan's ass are always fun to watch.

It was a WrestleCrap segment where off the heels of the Pam/Tommy tape, Sunny made her own. Except this was w/ Tickle Me Elmo.

Ah, ok.

Question to those with 24/7 or those who have seen it - are theme songs edited out of the ECW matches? If not, are they redubbed?

They do the ol "WWE 24/7 Fast Forward" to scoot the footage along if they need to. Although, the matches generally start w/ the ring introductions and cut off as soon as the match is over.

This sounds like a good match.

Candido finishing Storm off with a powerbomb off the top rope was fucking SICK!

Watching all this Sunny stuff is depressing. She was the hottest woman in the world back in those days, and now she looks absolutely awful.

Anyone notice Bret slapping Jarrett's ass after he got the 3-count on the reverse rollup? I thought that was funny.

And how about the video description ripping on Raven, implying that he had more success in wrestling as Johnny Polo? That was pretty below the belt.

Oh Sunny, how I lost gallons of sperm to your image and now would consider it robbery if it happened today.

No I think what that meant was that as Polo he had more success managing the Quebecers than he did wrestling. Which is true. I don't think it was comparing that to his Raven stuff. Badly worded nontheless.
