I am black, and I didn't find it offensive. He didn't actually mean what he said, he was saying it to prove a point, that no matter what he says the fans will still cheer for him. He also said he can say he hope Iraq wins the war, France is his favorite country, and if he could make anyone tap out it would be Jesus. It's not like he said "I hate them niggers, yeeehawww".

This isn't the whole clip, but after he says "these idiots'll still cheer for me" there was a big pop, and they continued to cheer as he went on talking about how everyone knows he's the best wrestler in WWE, or something like that.
