One interesting fact that I found funny:

When Chicago businessman John Wayne Gacy was exposed in December 1978 as a sadistic homosexual serial killer it came as a seismic shock to his neighbours, friends and business associates.

It was also deeply embarrassing for the Democratic Party of President Jimmy Carter as Gacy was an enthusiastic supporter who had been photographed with the First Lady, Rosalyn Carter.

XPW had a wrestler named Pogo the Clown (Gacy's alter ego) with a finishing move called Buried in the Basement. Rob Black was one sick motherfucker.

Very True, Those Pogo The Clown skits on XPWTV was Shocking and simply something to see. when My XPW Tribute site is up I Make sure to post all of those Pogo The Clown Segments. If I Recall Pogo also had "Final Nail in the Coffin" & "Buried in the Basement" Rob Black you are Sick that's why i admire you :D

Aside from the serial murder, he was a fine man, reknown for his charity work and holiday theme parties. A pleasure to know, by all accounts.

Unlike Ted Bundy, this upstanding public persona was likely more an expression of duality than a calculated facade. As such, I don't think the Carters should have been too embarrassed.

It's hard to take that 'aside' seriously though, I mean that was such a huge part of his life really.

A&E had a really good biography on him, I don't know if you could d/l it though. I've been looking for their eps of City Confidential and American Justice online to no avail. If anyone knows a good torrent site to find any of the three shows I mentioned, that would be great since that is one of the few shows I like and I don't really have a TV at this point.
