Kardo 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2006 I hate that effect when you cook a soup on the stove like pumpkin soup and all the chunky bits stick to the bottom. Doesn't make cleaning fun later.

Dangerous A 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2006 You guys are better than I, eating tomato soup plain. I can get with tomato soup being the base for something bigger, like a killer minestrone soup, but I just can't bring myself to get with plain tomato soup. Can't stand V-8 either. Hoff 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2006 I just got done with a bowl of home-made chili. No crackers, though. That's nasty. They get all mushy. There we go. Chili is to soup what Steve Austin is to John Cena. Soup is like chili without the substance, but it's hot and popular for some reason.
RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2006 I dig V-8, but I gotta pepper that shit down first. I just saw that Campbells has a "Pizza" variety of soup. PIZZA?! AS A SOUP? How the fuck does that work?
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2006 Can't stand V-8 either. Man, V-8 is pure crap to me. I had a couple of drinks and wanted to get sick. There is just something about cold tomato that makes me ill. Not when it's in ketchup form, then it's great. But V-8 can go to hell.
Matt Young 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2006 How do you like your chili? With canned chili, I prefer no beans, since the kind with beans seems to be75% beans and 25% meat. I add garlic powder, chili powder, a fuck ton of hot sauce, and sometimes, cheese. My stepdad's homemade chili is robust and flavorful, though. Big chunks of meat, amoderate amount of beanage, chunks of tomato, onion, and peppers. It's great.
Carnival 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2006 I love dipping grilled cheese in soup! Anyone else do that? Me, tomato soup only. One thing I wanted to say in the last cracker thread was...When it comes to eating chili soup, buttered toast is better than crackers. I still like eating crackers in chili, but only whole crackers, never crunch them up, just shove a whole saltine in my mouth. Also anyone who can eat 10 saltine crackers in 1 minute or less without drinking anything isn't a mortal man.
