I mean, the promos are pretty good here but the basis is still unclear and it looks like it'll be classic "Sign the match, create the storyline later".

That would be my pick also. I love how they are building it all up, with Vince saying that HBK is the biggest pain that he's ever had. This feud only started over a single comment, and they have almost no history at all against one another.

 

Vince must have blocked out the entire Austin thing, and just about every other feud that he's ever been a part of.
