Guest Desperate Housewife Report post Posted March 16, 2006 Just thought I would point this out. It's taken from the WWE.com recap slideshow o the main page: "Just days before he faces HBK at Saturday Night's Main Event, Shane McMahon gained some valuable momentum when he attacked Michaels from behind during his cage match against Spirit Squad. After bloodying HBK, Shane went coast to coast, delivering the Van Terminator." Thoughts? I think that whoever recaps Raw for WWE.com is a former soap opera recap writer that assumes the "Van" in "Van Terminator" means a van as in an automobile. Oh, and Desperate Housewife is the best fan WWE has right now because she's so blindly loyal to them, so please stop trying to act like she's not a good fan or something. She likes HHH, too, I think. And it's sorta pathetic that I keep getting suspended for being a HHH fan. Not that it stopped me from reading the board
Dangerous A 0 Report post Posted March 16, 2006 Yes, how dare I be a HHH fan on this board. How dare I want to see Cena put in his place (i.e.) the MIDCARD post-Wrestlemania, and watch HHH main event against, you know, credible main eventers This is funny because there are no credible main eventers lined up, post-WM on the Raw side. And if there were, HHH would just emasculate them and they'd be forced to recognize how great he is. I mean, how is HHH going to satisfy his ego by having more title reigns than Flair when there's no one he should lose the belt to?

The Amazing Rando 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2006 Don't you know...the normal Post WM HHH feuds involve a regular PPV rematch and then *GAAAASP* HELL IN A CELL~!?! at another PPV
Dangerous A 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2006 So basically the formula would be HHH gets WM rematches as PPV main events until the draft in May or June, where he gets drafted a new main event opponent because they have nothing to face on the Raw side. (rumored to be Rey)
Guest Desperate Housewife Report post Posted March 17, 2006 I ain't got a problem with that Backlash - Rematch against Cena - HHH wins. June PPV - Flair. HHH wins ECW - RVD. HHH Wins. Summerslam - Rey. HHH wins.

So the credible main eventers are Cena, who you hate, Flair, who is well past his prime and RVD, who you also hate and Rey Misterio. Brillant solution to the problem. So when Triple H is finshed destroying what remains of the upper-midcarders who will he face then? Chloe perhaps?
theintensifier 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2006 I used to be a huge Triple H fan. I loved his work in 2000, and his work up until his quad injury, hell the match he tore his quad in was a brillant North American tag match. But ever since his return, in early 2002, I have hated him. No, not the "he's a heel so I have to hate him" hate, I'm talking, I think he's a misreable excuse of a human being. He is the sole reason I do NOT watch the WWE very often anymore, and he's responsible for killing many wrestlers careers (Jericho and RVD come to mind instantly.) He does nothing for the company but hurt it, and hold it down. I bet Vince secretly hates him, but does what the father/senator in Wedding Crashers does, tolerates him because of his daughter. Fucking ridiculous.

By then it'll be Wrestlemania, time enough for HHH-HBK I'd KILL for a HHH/Shane match. And btw, I don't hate CENA and RVD, but they're not on HHH's level. Warning Level 42%?????? Is someone taking the piss? Will a mod PM me and justify doing this to me. And not just one word "Trolling" warnings

Bruce Blank 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2006 Except HHH already did the whole Big Show show thing and put him in his place - boring, repetitive and hardly "credible" Kane? right I guess if I forgot the past HHH/Kane feud and forgot that Kane has been floundering round the mid card forever except when he's brought "up" for a short run to put someone over then mayb... nah who am I kidding Kane isn't built up as a credible challenger to the World title. Jericho? okay now we fantasy book guys not even in the WWE - how about Austin? The Rock? how about Christian jumping to the WWE with the NWA title?? Hey I hear there are guys in Japan bring them in too. Oh and Shane O? A sideshow attraction wrestler at his best? Yeah don't sign me up for that one. Now try again, only this time tune in to THIS reality and tell us who'd make CREDIBLE challengers to HHH The judges say: 0 points for DH

Guest Desperate Housewife Report post Posted March 17, 2006 So? They milked three PPV's of Batista burying HHH. Jericho will be fresh when he comes back. Guest Dam(o)nYankees Report post Posted March 17, 2006 So? They milked three PPV's of Batista burying HHH. Because they had someone who had proven that he could beat HHH when the chips were down. No one will buy a series of challengers that Hunter has already decisively beaten. Eventually someone is going to have to beat him again to get people to care. Jericho has never even come close. Lord knows Kane and Big Show haven't. Hell, Shawn lost every blow off they had decisively.

And how did that work in the ratings for Goldberg, and hell, Batista. They were so unhappy with him they bounced him off to the Tundra that is Smackdown. And they're even unhappier with his replacement. I've yet to hear a single, rational argument against HHH getting a nice year long reign, leading to a rematch against a rehabiliated, retooled Cena at Wrestlemania 23. Because if I had the book - that's what I'd look at

I've yet to hear a single, rational argument against HHH getting a nice year long reign, leading to a rematch against a rehabiliated, retooled Cena at Wrestlemania 23 First of all, there's no guarantee that Cena will ever rehab. More importantly, that will be SIX Wrestlemania title matches in a row for Hunter. SIX. Thats absurd.

Guest Dam(o)nYankees Report post Posted March 17, 2006 Not if he's, you know, OVER, Hulk Hogan was over. He never did six in a row. Austin never did six in a row. Rock never did six in a row. None of them did more than three. And these are people that were not only over, but made a LOT of money. But back then Vince was smart enough to know that the same guy every single year tends to bore the fans after a while.
