Not bad numbers, I enjoyed Vendetta more then I thought I would.

I wish She's the Man had done better, it was pretty good and Amanda Bynes was hilarious. Just wish the last 20 minutes hadn't been so bad.

Take the plot of "Ladybugs" and "Just one of the guys", remove the nice breast shot that made you at least able to tolerate the film, take out the comedy of Rodney Dangerfield and you have "She's the Man".

 

Nothing about that preview looked appealing in the least. I still find it weird that in the 80's, a breast shot didn't get you above PG-13.

And Amanda Bynes is a great physical comedian, and she got to show off her talents in the movie. Yes the movie is a retread, and this defintely shows in the last 20 minutes, but she does a very good job getting lots of laughs trying to be a guy.

 

Just One of the Guys and Ladybugs were both rated PG-13.

She's the Man actually got a pretty decent critical response, and even those who didn't enjoy the movie praised Amanda Bynes' performance.

Since She's the Man's plot has been done over and over and over again, it has a right to be bashed. More unoriginal garbage with unfunny "teen starz" that can't hold a candle to their successors, and I'm glad it made such little money.

Nah, Amanda's really good at comedy, especially physical comedy.

It was a vehicle to showcase Bynes' comedy skills, and it succeeded.

I think the poster should've played up the gender switching rather then the complicated plot.
