Guest Princess Leena Report post Posted May 13, 2006 If you don't care about looks, then just find some fat bitch already. If Jingus can, you can. (Not inferring that Jingus' woman is fat.)
Bruiser Chong 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2006 Have you ever met this girl? That picture screams "fake!" to me. As a rule of thumb, I don't buy a girl actually looks a certain way unless I can see multiple pictures.
MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2006 No, haven't met her. Well, I may have you know, seen her without knowing it cause this town isn't really that big enough for there to be too many people that I haven't at least seen a couple times.
Fökai 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2006 Unless she's wielding a knife or gun, you take one look at her upon opening the door, and act upon that. Does she know what you look like?

Art Sandusky 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2006 I haven't read this whole thread- has anyone mentioned how shady it is meeting people over the internet? Has anyone mentioned that as the 21st century goes on, it's going to become more and more common? I've never had an experience that would reinforce the idea of the internet being full of unsavory characters, and I've probably met 20+ people who I first met online. Guest Princess Leena Report post Posted May 13, 2006 I've had bad experiences meeting people online... But, it's seriously just like meeting people in clubs, and shit. Except that's even worse because you're likely drunk, or worse, and don't know what you're doing. There's no harm in meeting people online in some public place. The whole "OMG everyone online is 40+ bald fat guy that wants to kill me!!!1" shit is so overblown. Tons of people go online. Cute people. Successful people. I've met tons of people online. Although my current gf I met in person rather than online and it's my most successful relationship. I wonder if that means anything.... MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2006 Well theres good news I suppose.. She just sent me an email before she went off to work, she appologized (?) for not messaging me yesterday but she went out to Seacrets in OC last night with some friends. Nothing about getting together or anything though.
Boon 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2006 Shady doesn't necessarily mean bad. It just means that, like in most places you meet people, you should use some common sense. Congrats on the pleasant e-mail- if nothing else, this experience should teach you not to kick your own ass so much. Get out of your head and take things one day at a time. JangoFett4Hire 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2006 I am curious about one thing Marvin. Answer honestly, are you looking for the future Mrs. Lunatic, or a possible 'good time'? Whether you're looking on-line or wherever. What are your expectations? Hardcore, serious LTR? Or a casual dating scenario? (Not necessarily fuck-buddies, but no concrete commitment either...) Don't be on the look-out for an instant girlfriend.
MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2006 "Mrs. Lunatic"...ha.. I think that would be the equivalent of putting a million carts before a single horse. Im pretty sold on the fact that I need to be looking for actual relationships instead of "good times" despite the whole movie fiasco.
Guest Princess Leena Report post Posted May 15, 2006 You'll need to have "good times" also, if you'll eventually have an actual relationship. So, buck up, son.

MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2006 Has anyone thought what will happen if Marvin scores a chick and then they break up 3-4 months down the line? Well 3 months is longer than 0...I would at least have something positive to dwell on.

MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2006 I think she made it pretty clear tonight that shes interested mainly because she was all but subtle about a few things which actually has me a bit worried.. but again she never mentioned anything about meeting and I didn't want to mention it again for the 3rd time with no response/acknowledgement that I even asked the first 2 times. Hawk 34 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2006 She can't even spell Kenseth right. If you can't spell a NASCAR driver last name (and she wasn't even close) is that really the girl you want to be with? Nothing to do with the NASCAR thing, just the inability to spell a easy last name like that isn't a good sign.

I've never had an experience that would reinforce the idea of the internet being full of unsavory characters, and I've probably met 20+ people who I first met online. Seriously, how do you do that? Is it because you live in a populated area? The closest person I ever talked to online (just counting people I originally met online) off the top of my head was about a five hour drive from me. And that's not someone I know either. Keeping on topic here -- This story from Marvin's pretty interesting. I'm excited to see how it turns out.
tekcop 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2006 I've met a handful of people through the internet (Muggy being one of them) and all but one were pretty cool.
