So much intelligent talk going on in these threads.

 

I know I'm an Orton fan, one of the few here... but, I really don't mind when people rag on him. I know he deserves some of it.

 

But, the constant negativity by posters here towards him is ridiculous. Especially since most of the things people keep saying about him have been proven false, or backstage stuff that the kids think they know because Meltzer or whoever says he's a jerk, but really have NO idea.

 

I get jumped on for not thinking Samoa Joe is the greatest worker in the world, and bothered by GOD HTQ for trolling because of it... yet, people can go on and on posting garbage about Orton.

 

The mob mentality here is horrible, and I seriously suggest not allowing any Orton posts. It's pointless, and shows how childish most people are here.

I don't think that banning threads/posts on Orton is the answer ... but I would like a little more mod-involvement to keep the threads on-subject and the posts at least somewhat fact-based. It seems that every thread on Orton (and Cena, for that matter) become "open mic at the Comedy Store" and most of the attempts at humor are just horrible.

 

I don't care if someone wants to hate on a wrestler and say that they can't work, or suck on the mic, or whatnot ... but just to make it a never-ending string of "funny" posts is kind of pointless.

I like Randy Orton.

 

The problem is that outside of him and Angle, I don't like anything else on Smackdown, and it's on Fridays, so I just don't see him any more. I tried watching a little but Booker, Boogeyman, Finlay, and the mole girl were just awful, so after a couple attempts I gave up.

 

If I'd seen more than one of Randy's matches in the last six months, I'd probably go get myself banned by defending him.

LOL. I threw that in there on purpose. I only saw him a couple times, but from what I saw he's dreadfully dull. He just does punch-kick 1999 WWF main event style at its worst. Well, mixed in with boring kayfabe heel style from the 80s. I really can't understand why all the fanboys are cumming all over themselves watching his matches.
