Guest StylesMark Report post Posted April 29, 2006 I'm in shock the lions didn't draft a WR. That would have been the answer. Yes, Jets fans < Giants fans. The Jets would have creamed themselves over Leinart.
Hawk 34 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2006 I think Leinart will strongly benefit from following Carson's footsteps and sticking to the sidelines and learning from a veteran who can teach him with great weapons to use. Carson, had CJ, Housh and Rudi. Leinart, will have Edge, Bolden and Fitzgerald. Leinart landed in a cushy spot.

teke184 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2006 909, the Cardinals still need an o-line even with all that firepower at the skill positions.
Conspiracy_Victim 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2006 Well, Cutler's definitely's going to be able to launch the ball at Mile High.
BX 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2006 Unless ESPN made a mistake, they still have Denver with the 15th pick. If this is true, then what did St. Louis get? Edit: Nevermind. They changed it to St. Louis.

teke184 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2006 Denver swapped their 1st and a high 3rd (SF's 3rd rounder) for the 11 spot.
BX 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2006 If you follow the NFL draft value chart, the #11 pick is worth 1250 points. The Broncos had #15, which is worth 1050 points. So the Broncos had to make up at least 200 points to make the trade. They had a 3rd round pick, 68th overall, worth 250 points. So I think the Rams got the 68th pick out of this.
