Guest wahoo Report post Posted June 9, 2006 Well, Sabbath played to some big crowds with the Ozzfest thing. Deep Purple came back and recorded "Perfect Strangers", which became Shane Douglas's theme in ECW. Which isn't really that important to most, but for some it is hard to imagine many classic ECW moments without it.

Sonic Reducer 0 Report post Posted June 11, 2006 They *should* have been more important. They were a much better band. Cornell's vocals on Badmotorfinger put anything Axl has ever done to shame.
Art Sandusky 0 Report post Posted June 11, 2006 Should've and were are different things. They were the Distant Third in Seattle grunge, behind Nirvana and Pearl Jam. They were good, yeah, but they're an also-ran in the grand scheme of things. That's just how it is.
