Hogan Made Wrestling Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 For some reason, I think it would be really hilarious if Kane's movie eventually outdrew Lindsay Lohan's.
buffybeast Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 Did anyone see the Breakup? I heard it's awful. Also, apparently Anniston and Vaughn broke up weeks ago but are pretending to be together to promote the movie. How pathetic.
bobobrazil1984 Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 wouldn't the stars of Breakup, actually breaking up, be really good publicity??? they are stupid. not only should they have made it public but gotten really ugly about it. They could leak out that stuff from the movie was actually happening in the last week cause they had to stay in the same place, etc etc. it would be gold.
bob_barron Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 The 73rd biggest drop of all time. X-Men dropped 57% in week 1, X2 dropped 53 percent.

Also, apparently Anniston and Vaughn broke up weeks ago but are pretending to be together to promote the movie. How pathetic. I saw it Friday. I thought it was good, I liked it better than Wedding Crashers. The place I went to was packed with couples, and it was even a before 6pm showing.
Mole Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 The 73rd biggest drop of all time. X-Men dropped 57% in week 1, X2 dropped 53 percent. Where do you get your information from?

I think they end up getting together in the end (don't know, didn't see it, just guessing). The movie lies in a couple who split but are miserable without one another. So it wouldn't have been a good idea to market a real life breakup to couples (read: women).

Ginger Snaps Posted June 5, 2006 Report Posted June 5, 2006 For some reason, I think it would be really hilarious if Kane's movie eventually outdrew Lindsay Lohan's. I don't think there was that much of a drop off between the previous weekend and this one.

Bob seems like the kind of guy who, if he was a small town news reporter, would run a headline saying "Murder Rate up 50%" if 3 guys got killed in a year instead of 2.
bob_barron Posted June 5, 2006 Report Posted June 5, 2006 I was just posting what I saw at boxofficemojo
Hank Kingsley Posted June 5, 2006 Report Posted June 5, 2006 I was saddened to see Jason Bateman didn't have a very big role in the movie
