I have no issue with him being with this girl. 21 and 16 isn't that bad of an age difference. And 16 is legal in most states, iirc. He could definitely be branded a sex offender and be put on all those lists... But yes, its like I said, there is no way in today's day and age that a normal 16 year old would DATE a 21 year old. First of all, most women look for maturity and find it in an older man as opposed to most of the 16 yr old dudes around here.
