You simply cannot eliminate what is stronger than you.

 

The only thing you can do is stuff those "Hey, a hot intelligent girl on my message board! Get out! I only want to know hideous, disillusioned losers like myself!" feelings deep in your gut.

 

This is a fine lesson for the real world. As there's going to be bosses, employees, etc... that are better than you.

 

In those situations, you smile at those stronger than you. Kiss their ass. And realize your place.
