Umaga didn't attack Maria for no reason, he was put in a match by the GM for the night, Eric Bischoff. 2. Eric was made GM for the night by the boss because of his excellent work last night. The only thing that didn't make sense, but funny to hear is when Cena told Grisham he was out here because he wanted to fight.

They could have had a split screen of him trying to make his way to the ring as she was getting beat up even.
