Smackdown Preview

King Booker entered Cyber Sunday as the World Heavyweight Champion and the ruler of the SmackDown Kingdom with the entire locker room in his corner. With help from K-Fed, the World Heavyweight Champion was able to defeat WWE Champion John Cena and ECW World Champion Big Show to claim his gold and the title of Champion of Champions.

Friday on SmackDown, the triumphant King will address his SmackDown Kingdom.

Time to fight

Batista and Finlay will meet one-on-one in the ring this Friday night. After the brawl that ensued last week after The Animal called out the Angry Irishman, will the hatred between these two men finally be settled in the ring?

Dead Man Walking?

This week on WWE.com, Mr. Kennedy challenged Undertaker to a match at Survivor Series. Friday night on SmackDown, the loudmouth will call out the Phenom. What will happen when the two stand toe-to-toe?

I just watched the show. Another great Smackdown!

I was starting to worry since the last two SD's were pretty bad, but this week has restored my faith. Great show all around.

Only complaints are the writers found a way to put Eddie in the Benoit/Chavo feud and the Boogeyman is still on the show.

Booker and Lashley had their usual solid outing.

The Hardy/Yang vs. Helms/Sylvan match was decent, though it could've used more time. I'm looking forward to Matt's role at Survivor series as well. Re-uniting with Jeff and hopefully more hate-fighting with Edge.

I love it when Benoit beats people up. KC James appears to have some potential, but this week he was just a good punching bag.

The Batista/Finlay match was very good, definitely Batista's best since he returned. The interference spots didn't hurt the match, and both guys got to look good. I think Batista's been watching some TNA tapes, as he used the Muscle Buster and the Black Hole Slam tonight. I'm glad he's adding some new moves to his arsenal, which has been pretty lacking lately. Finlay did his usual great work, both on offense and selling. I liked how Batista kept selling the leg and didn't do lots of running during his face comeback. The finish was simple and effective. Possibly a top 5 tv MOTY right here.

I find it funny that Smackdown promoted "The Marine" and 2 seconds later, "See No Evil" got promoted.

Batista looks better with a shaved head. Big tough guys look better like that, Bobby Lashley, Slick Johnson, Goldberg, etc.

great great show. Kennedy looking that strong really took me by surprise. I hope we get a BIG SD Survivor Series elimination match with him and Taker included, so that we can extend their feud beyond SS without too many singles matches between em.

Also - we got Boogeyman in a squash, and no Londrick? That's pretty weak. Otherwise it's again, another good outing from Smackdown.

Great to see Benoit finally get some ring-time. Kennedy was intense as hell. He works better with Taker than Orton ever did. Lashley/Booker was great. The tag match was decent. Batista/Finlay was a great main-event.

I LOVE Smackdown!!!!!!
