Exslade ZX Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 "We heard Cryme Tyme may join us tonight.." Yea...because you know..they weren't in teh battle royal at all..
trackc53 Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 haha those are some funny azz krakas dancin in the crowd
Hawk 34 Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 being cheered by kids is not a sign of ability. Don't call me clueless, like you're the all knowing wrestling guru, they could put a charisma lacking monkey in there like yourself and the kids will still cheer him if he has a shit load of merchandise and a spinner belt. Who said anything about ability? It's not that hard to understand. Cena's overness isn't limited to little kids althought they are a strong contingent but that's the case with alot of WWE wrestlers and wrestling in general. From Sting to Hogan to Rock to Bret Hart to HBK, appealing to the kids has always been crucial because they are big cornerstones for the wrestling business. You can't just put anyone in there and expect them to get over. There's over 3 dozen examples of a wrestler being shoved down the fans throat only for them to fail at it. Lex Luger, most famously. Cena was shoved but he got over because he can work the crowd and he has appeal. Once again, a DRAW is over. If you're making money, selling PPV's, popping the ratings to the highest peaks then people care about you. If people care about you and get a reaction about you, you're over. John Cena is OVER. That's been indisputable for the past year. From time to time, he'll get boos but that's the nature of the business that saw Shawn get booed out the door, The Rock also took that heat as well.
Downhome Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 This reminds me of "Bill Clinton" at a WWE PPV. (Which one had that gimmick anyway?)
billdynamite Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 but there's no test in being cheered by the kids. Being over is about being able to get over with everyone. or at least the majority. that is not the case with Cena. kids bought The Lex Express, does that mean Luger was over? of course not.
Ed Wood Caulfield Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 This reminds me of "Bill Clinton" at a WWE PPV. (Which one had that gimmick anyway?) Yeah, it reminded me of the Bill Clinton impersonator too. It was WrestleMania X by the way.
Exslade ZX Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 Yea, the crowd reaction to that comment was funny/interesting
Downhome Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 This reminds me of "Bill Clinton" at a WWE PPV. (Which one had that gimmick anyway?) Yeah, it reminded me of the Bill Clinton impersonator too. It was WrestleMania X by the way. Holy shit on a stick, it's amazing it's been that long ago. And yeah, this is fucked up. I'm almost shocked that Vince would do this.

BUTT Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 I like how after "Bush" said "black bitch" they immediately cut to a shot of a black woman.
Thanks for the Fish Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 Vince wants Raw to be "Edgy"...
Hawk 34 Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 That's a pretty cheap ass wallet for the Prez.
Downhome Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 One of my all time least favorite things ever on wrestling is when the announcers are forced to laugh, to pretend to laugh, when they don't really laugh. It's so unnatural, and it annoys the absolute shit out of me.
Exslade ZX Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 Awww...it was pointless without a beatdown
billdynamite Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 oh dear... interesting segment.
Hawk 34 Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 They always manage to drag a decent show down with something and it's usually a Cryme Tyme Skit.
Downhome Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 Watch them name him the GM of RAW now. My God, this is so horrible.
Exslade ZX Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 Ok, for some reason, the picture of him flicking everyone off was sort of funny.
RepoMan Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 I do wounder what the actual Prez keeps in his wallet. Don't know why they'd actually need to carry stuff like ID and cash/credit cards around.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 That's a pretty cheap ass wallet for the Prez. It had the Presidential Seal on it.. All I could think about there was when Flair was President of WCW.
RepoMan Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 Awww...it was pointless without a beatdown I wounder what kind of reaction (in house and in the media) that would have gotten? It be funny if WWE got on O'Reilly's shit list.

It be funny if WWE got on O'Reilly's shit list. Considering they're going to get the Iraq show next monday hyped, its probably bad enough having him give everyone the middle finger..
