The one thing he may be able to get her for is being libelous about his ability (and willingness) to pay bills. Things about him being scuzzy and cheating on past wives is part of the public record. Allegations against his business practices better have something to back it up or he WILL sue if he thinks he can either win or annoy the living shit out of her with the possibility of it going to court.
