CanadianChris Posted January 1, 2007 Author Report Posted January 1, 2007 What are the match ups for the 1st round of the playoffs? Dallas @ Seattle New York @ Philadelphia If Denver Wins/Ties Denver @ New England New York @ Indianapolis If Denver loses KC @ Indy New York @ New England If Denver ties, it's Indy/Denver and New England/Jets. But that's not looking good right now.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Thank you Denver for being the most overexposed crappy football team this year thats not going to the playoffs. Oh yeah, and theres another Brian Billick understudy in Mike Nolan doing well as a head coach. He'll have the 49ers in the playoffs next year..
Bored Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 That was close. Nice little season for the 49ers all things considered.
naiwf Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Nice job by Kurt Menafee missing the call on a GW/playoff hope ending FG. That guy is completely useless.
Slayer Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 I could hear the collective "Haha!" from KC all the way down here
Guest Smues Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 SF wins, although not according to the guy on FOX. "It's up, and he missed it!" as we see it clearly go through and the ref signalling that it was good.
Hawk 34 Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Will Marvin finally kill himself when Baltimore does lose in the playoffs?
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Considering you didn't when Cincy was knocked out, probably not.
CanadianChris Posted January 1, 2007 Author Report Posted January 1, 2007 Well, 2006 sure ended on a crappy note.
razazteca Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 What are the match ups for the 1st round of the playoffs? Dallas @ Seattle New York @ Philadelphia If Denver Wins/Ties Denver @ New England New York @ Indianapolis If Denver loses KC @ Indy New York @ New England I'm going to predict Eagles, Cowboys, Cheifs, Pats.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 KC will beat the Colts, so unless the Jets upset NE the Patriots will be coming to Baltimore and I dont know how I feel about that right now.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Well, 2006 sure ended on a crappy note. Theres still a Bears/Packers game to go on NBC. NBC just did have to have Favre's last game ever...seriously..no..for real..
Art Sandusky Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 7-0 Pack! Just 52 minutes left to get shutout revenge.
naiwf Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Seahawks 27-24 in OT over the Cowboys in "The Game I Don't Give A Shit About Because I Hate Both Teams". Eagles stomp the Giants 28-6 (my homer pick would be Giants 17-13) Pats take a huge lead early, coast to a 27-17 win over the Jets Colts win 28-24 over the Chiefs on a last minute TD drive by Manning That would set up Sea @ Chi (UGH), Phi @ NO in the NFC and Indy @ Balt (double UGH), NE @ SD (thank God for one game I'd really want to see) for the AFC.
Guest Legalise Drugs and Murder Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 7-0 Pack! Just 52 minutes left to get shutout revenge. Tee Hee
Art Sandusky Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Pack is winningz nxt week sry I stand by it, and you're entrusting your team to a Florida-produced quarterback.
Art Sandusky Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 HAHA Since then, he's produced a pick-six and fumbled a snap. And a big 30+ yard pass by Favre. This game rules. EDIT: Except Tim Rayner. A missed extra point and a missed field goal so far. It should be 17-0, dammit.
Slayer Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Dammit, I'd hope that, after preservation of their players for the playoffs, the next thing the Bears would like to do is kill Brett Favre in his last possible game ever
snuffbox Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Ruvell Martin really looking good tonight.
Matt Young Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 13-0 at the 2 minute warning. Damn, it seems like not too long ago when the Bears won 27-0 in game 1 at Lambeau Field. This has been such a fast season.
Art Sandusky Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 7-0 Pack! Just 52 minutes left to get shutout revenge. Tee Hee 23-0 going into the half. Tee Hee. EDIT: Yes, yes, boo your team Chicago. #1 SEED BAYBEE
snuffbox Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 I wonder if Lovie will keep the starters in after halftime. This is going better than expected.
CanadianChris Posted January 1, 2007 Author Report Posted January 1, 2007 There's a better chance of Rex Hudler starting the second half for Chicago than Rex Grossman.
naiwf Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 This is the Sexy Rexy we all know and love. I can't wait for him to kill the team in the postseason.
Art Sandusky Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 The biggest shame is that Chicago destroyed the team that got into the playoffs over Green Bay.
Slayer Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Great, now we're going to hear about "Brett Favre rides off into the sunset with 55-0 win over rival Bears"
Guest Vitamin X Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 23-0! Shutout revenge indeed. Remember I said the Packers would probably win because the Bears will be resting their starters? Yeah. And the Bears fans on here were calling for a "mauling", a "56-0 lead at halftime" and other such ridiculousness? C'mon. Fucking Redskins.
