Fökai Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 Man, I think I've got a good pick coming up. Won't jinx it with Scarlet's next pick.
Der Kommissar Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 After not much debate, the Komijul has decided that you can't go wrong... With Chien-Ming Wang!
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 I'm shocked Steve Trashcel is still around too, Marvin. Not Surprising. Especially since now that Benson's rehabing, Trachsel might not be a starter for more than a month. If Bensons rehab is successful, I cant see a spot in the rotation for Trachsel unless he's beyond awesome while he is a starter or someone gets hurt.

CanadianChris Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 After not much debate, the Komijul has decided that you can't go wrong... With Chien-Ming Wang! bout damn time About damn time to draft a guy who can't strike anybody out?
Guest Queen Leelee Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 I have to draft OF's now and I don't want any of them. Grar.

Guest Queen Leelee Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 K's don't deviate much year after year. Either you strikeout people, or you can't. Wins are no guarantee. Or Steve Trachsel would be getting drafted by now.
Failed Bridge Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 If he stays healthy and keeps up his part of the deal then Wang will still get a good portion of wins with that offense behind him. Not to mention if they have Doug Mienkawegrgawgwa play first base regularly then the infield defense is pretty good, which suits him since he's a groundball pitcher.
razazteca Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 I have to draft OF's now and I don't want any of them. Grar. stay away from my Ken Griffey Jr.!
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 I have to draft OF's now and I don't want any of them. Grar. THe mystery player would be perfect for your team.
Guest Queen Leelee Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 It's probably an Oriole. I might take him just to irritate you.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 It's probably an Oriole. I might take him just to irritate you. Nope.
Stephen Joseph Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 If he stays healthy and keeps up his part of the deal then Wang will still get a good portion of wins with that offense behind him. I'm pretty sure Wang overperformed last year.
Styles Posted February 23, 2007 Author Report Posted February 23, 2007 I've gotten requests from league members to please keep the chitter chatter about available players to a minimum. So...quick squealin' squealers!
Guest Queen Leelee Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 Michael Cuddyer - OF/1B/(Hopefully the other 7 positions like last year) - MIN. I'm glad Rocco was taken as I was tempted. I hate risks.
CanadianChris Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 Sadly, Cuddyer is only qualified at OF and 1B. I checked. It was the main reason I didn't take him.
Guest Queen Leelee Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 Good enough for me. Keep him between Mauer and Morneau. Big RBI's.
razazteca Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 The newest member of LAX.....Magglio Ordóñez OF
Styles Posted February 23, 2007 Author Report Posted February 23, 2007 Derek Lowe, Pitcher, Los Angeles Dodgers
razazteca Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 That was the only pitcher I was considering picking the last 3 rounds...
Guest Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 That was my pick. FUCK. Anyway, Kings of Crunk select, from the Mile High City, Brian Fuentes, RP. If anyone wants to talk trade for any 4 of my keepers, talk to me. I need to subsidize so I can have a powerhouse team.
Styles Posted February 23, 2007 Author Report Posted February 23, 2007 Just a reminder no trades can be officially agreed upon or approved until after the draft.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 Adrián Béltre 3B Not my mystery player
Vern Gagne Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 You don't even have a mystery player.
Failed Bridge Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 Marvin's Mystery Hitter exposed!
