I have a suggestion...if no one else (thinking of Jack Bauer) claims the team, the team gets whatever remaining player has the highest ranking on Yahoo for the rest of the draft. Someone can create a team on a spare account or something to fill the remaining space in the league, and that team just plays the season with whatever roster it ends up with.
