The Niggardly King Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 Did you drink enough to put a midget in a coma?
snuffbox Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 Well, I suppose smoking a lot of weed would have similar effects to smoking tobacco. Marijuana is kinda lacking in carcinogens.
The Metal Maniac Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 And people addicted to weed are usually pretty screwed up in the head. Because alcoholics are perfectly normal, right?
Corey_Lazarus Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 Don't toke up, love a good drink, so hey: my choice is made.
k thx Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 And people addicted to weed are usually pretty screwed up in the head. Because alcoholics are perfectly normal, right? I was replying to the point that weed doesn't make you depressed.
Craig Th Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 No. Although, if it turns out to be true, I guess it would be, wouldn't it? But I was just going off the "Snape Kills Dumbledore!" thing from the last book that kids got so upset about. I haven't read any of the books nor seen any of the movies, although several people have convinced me I should get around to it. I like your new sig though.
PLAGIARISM! Posted May 20, 2007 Report Posted May 20, 2007 Booze, though no aversion to weed, booze is just more practical. I can get shitfaced and get up for work the next day, whereas weed means I can't move in the morning. That said I still can't drive because I'm always hammered.
Guest Vitamin X Posted May 20, 2007 Report Posted May 20, 2007 Really? I find it to be almost the complete opposite for me. I'm usually high for 4 hours, give or take a little while. This is if I have no further stimulants or smoking more, just 4 hours. So, usually, once I go to sleep high (most wonderful feeling ever, really) I wake up the next day feeling great. Actually does a hell of a lot better for me than sleeping pills or anything else of the sort, especially when I have to go to sleep right away knowing that I have to wake up for something and I won't get a lot as is. Now, when I drink (and not even to the excess of my state of being at the creation of this thread) I can't function for a good long while the next day unless I'm just drinking gallons of water. I don't puke normally, but god I'll be cranky as shit.
PLAGIARISM! Posted May 20, 2007 Report Posted May 20, 2007 It's probably just cos I'm used to booze. I still get some dastardly hangovers but I think my body's had more time learning how to deal with alcohol.
Guest Queen Leelee Posted May 20, 2007 Report Posted May 20, 2007 What the fuck... Hey, kids, just because your online friend thinks something is LOLZ, that doesn't mean you have to agree. Kids.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted May 21, 2007 Report Posted May 21, 2007 I like that someone followed up my post trying to "DISS ME" and made himself look like a fucking idiot. I'll smoke a blunt over your tombstone, you fucking alkie. Great thread. BTW I AM NOW CIGARETTE FREE FOR 28 DAYS as of MIDNIGHT ON MAY 21st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
