good cover: the atari's boys of summer cover
I hated it at first, but it grew on me. As fucked up as this is, I was fine with Sum 41's (yeah, I know) cover of Master of Puppets.

Sheryl Crow was also my first thought, and Cartman's saying of 'shut up,hippie' mid-typing only cemented my agreement with KKK.

This has bugged me for years.

On the Doors tribute album "Stoned Immaculate," Train absolutely butchers "Light My Fire".

I now loathe them.

Joss Stone made that unlistenable version of "Fell In Love With A Girl."

What?? I loved that cover! In my mind, The Soul Sessions is the only good album that Joss Stone has put out thus far, and it was entirely written by other people... which actually doesn't lend much credence to her musicality.

Regardless, I have to say that the worst cover I've ever heard LIVE would have to be Hinder destroying "Born to Be Wild." Their whole show sucked, but that put it over the top. (Then Incubus came on to close the show, and made me forget all about it with their sweet sweet goodness.)
