Their first album is pretty good. I could never get into the other ones though.

I'm thinking about BU next year, so this thread will actually be helpful to me. It seems to me that BU is the USC of the east. Y/N?

What is there to do?

The same shit everyone does everywhere.

Note: Even if the Sully you meet is insufferable, he knows (or is related to) some girls you can bang. Your crazy accent (fuck you Tzar) will prove irresistable to them.

And maybe Sully's cousins have read some books, have something to offer and you three fall in love. Then we can all chill.

There's Boston Common, which is great for not only stupid statues that cost the city too much money and are worthless in every which way besides collecting pigeon shit but also for the hobo's you can accost and promptly burn.

There's Fenway, obviously, which is less about the Sox than about getting wasted and yelling "Yankees suck."

There's I-90, where you might get hit by a falling plate of cement that was installed wrong.

And there's Dorchester, where those droks with the red beret's won't stop you from getting shot.

USC wins shit.

Honestly, it really depends what you're into.

The North End is all about the Italian culture, the wharf and Faneuil Hall marketplace.

Southie is where all the drunken Irish live and/or fight.

Fenway is worth checking out, as is Cambridge/Harvard. Copley, the Prudential and downtown are decent for shopping/walking around.

If you're trying to do more tourist-like things, this city loves to stroke itself for it's importance in American history so walk the Freedom Trail, visit the State House, etc.

Best bars/clubs are around Fenway and in the Quincy Market/Downtown area.
