CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2007 I did pick Miami, but changed my mind about an hour before I submitted my picks. Such a trap game.
Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2007 I got all excited for a minute last night. "Oh, shit, I picked Miami? Aweso.........damn."
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted September 21, 2007 Ha, good thing I didn't pick a mid major against a rebuilding contender. I didn't care if A&M was ranked or not; I knew they weren't going to beat Miami at the Orange Bowl. They got ripped by OU because OU is playing a whole other level of football right now, along with LSU (I think Oklahoma can maybe finally have their revenge on USC- man I would really be missing Damaramu around here for that). Bored 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 Still nothing from Urban Warfare or Fokai so here's replacment pick assignments for tommorrow just in case: Florida - King Hawaii - Carnival

Guest Report post Posted September 22, 2007 So, if Illinois hangs on, all I need is the tiebreak or another win.
USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 Ha, good thing I didn't pick a mid major against a rebuilding contender. Wow. No. Not going to happen. The only non-conference team that would beat USC is LSU... maybe Florida too.
CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 I'm most likely done for the week. Even if I tie it up, the LSU/SC total isn't getting to 49.
Danville_Wrestling 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 I need to have some games go my way fast or else I'm going to be dropping to 0-4 which is absolutley embarassing looking at my performance last year. I don't know what is wrong with me this year (besides picking the wrong games week in and week out).
CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 Win or lose, this is shaping up to be the worst week I've ever had in the history of this contest.
Danville_Wrestling 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 Well Wake Forest and Houston are fighting back and giving me some life.
Hawk 34 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 I just need LSU to settle down and coast the rest of the game to avoid going over the tie-breaker. 28 points is a good day, LSU. Pack it in.
Bored 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 I just noticed that you and pinjockey disagreed on Georgia/Alabama so the tiebreak won't be a factor in your match-up. Sorry everyone I rushed through the differing picks post this week so I wouldn't even pay much attention to it to figure out if you won or not.
Danville_Wrestling 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 I just checked my game out again Bored and you got the differing picks right in case you were wondering. Big comeback win for Wake Forest that puts me two wins away from an outright victory with three games still to be decided. I'm hoping Houston can keep the comeback going against Colorado State since that is tied at 24. If Houston can win then I only need a Arizona State or UCLA win to get my first victory of the year. Guest Report post Posted September 22, 2007 I already won, and only one pick wrong so far. Great.

CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2007 There's going to be some major upheaval in the rankings this week. Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 7 have already lost, and Nos. 5, 9 and 10 could be in trouble.

Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2007 Despite being ranked pretty much all of the last 2 years of this contest i've never made it to the top, but barring someone else making a huge jump i should finally be #1.
