It's time for the fuckin' playoffs, ladies.

As a Giants fan it's practically treason to root for the Redskins but I really wanted them to win this game. When they missed the field goal I thought it was a minor hiccup but as it turns out that was the beginning of the end.

I think the Giants will beat Dallas and take out Green Bay as well.

You still have to get through TB first.

Wow, the "monkeys in the back" are pretty damn quick. They had that Steelers deflection clip up and running, just a few seconds after it as mentioned/happened..

At this rate..

The Jags offense is gonna be well rested for next since they've barely had to put

in work so far..

I so want the giants to win more than ever, so they get one last crack at Dallas (I freakin hate Dallas Im sorry its in my genes passed down from my grandpa :D ) . I dont know if they will though with 3 guys out this week, plus no shockey. Come on G-men.

One comment though, Kerry Collins got really old lately I guess. I didnt even recognize him. And to think we got to the superbowl with him as QB.

Man, as long as the Jags hold up their end, by beating the Steelers and Pats, and the Chargers can get past the Titans, and the Packers don't make the Super Bowl... the Chargers are going to win the Super Bowl... please let it happen.

Ouch. Stupid challenge there by Del Rio.

I swear, the Jaguars are the biggest cockteasers in the NFL.

EDIT: Gutsy, GUTSY fucking 4th down call. Gerrard has grapefruits.

Eh, they were going to have to call a timeout anyway since the play clock was nearly done, and once they hit 2 minutes reviews would be up to the refs, so I guess Del Rio firgured he might as well and they might get lucky.

That play took some balls. Garrard is athletic, but Pittsburgh was pretty stacked up in the middle. That could have easily been jammed up for no gain.

They coulda put Matt Jones and tried a little fade or something

Garrard has earned a few more stripes tonight..

I hope the Country was watching

Madden doesn't think the Jags should play for a field goal.

Idiot.

Tony Romo disagrees with you.

The play I am now thinking about was that hideous Pittsburgh 3rd and 6 call. What the fuck was THAT? It was like they were trying some ultra safe QB run to just move into position for a FG, that's what it looked like. Why not be a bit gutsy and throw it 6 yards to Hines Ward, or at least run with the actual RB and try picking it up?

It doesn't really matter much though, since I don't see either of today's winners doing much next week. Unless Tennessee upsets SD the Jags get maimed by the Patriots anyway, and Seattle isn't worth a crap on the road so the Packers will beat them pretty easy.

I'd like to think Jacksonville at least has a fighting chance against New England. What's the seven-day forecast looking like for the Boston area? Any monumental blizzards on the radar?
