MarvinisaLunatic Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 Nuclear HD selects Jason Kubel, OF
MarvinisaLunatic Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 Speculative pick forthcoming in conjunction with my apparent love affair with the Brew Crew Nuclear HD selects Manny Parra, SP/RP Hes pitched 9 innings so far this spring and given up 1 run and 1 walk. If he doesn't make the team out of training camp I'll hold on to him cause he will eventually and I dont really need the SP right now anyway with Bedard/Vazquez/Guthrie/Zito as well as Nathan/Bell/Shields in the backend.. Plus, Kyle Kendrick who would have been my pick was taken a couple picks ago..blah
CanadianChris Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 SS David Eckstein AWESOME. This wins best picture.
Brett Favre Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 Anthony Reyes. That Eckstein picture was awesome.
the pinjockey Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 Milton Bradley, OF, Tex If him and Alou can just be injured at different times during the season, Moiton Bradlou will be a nice 3rd OF.
CanadianChris Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 Damn, I was hoping to snag Reyes with my last pick.
Der Kommissar Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 It's my turn already? That was fast. Anyway... Daniel Ortmeier, 1B.
Vern Gagne Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 Hopefully he'll end up being the closer. RP-Rafael Perez
Krankor Posted March 12, 2008 Author Report Posted March 12, 2008 Alexei Ramirez, 2B Sorry, he isn't in the Yahoo player pool. You'll have to pick someone else. I've been trying to check anyone I haven't heard of and he didn't show up.
Cheech Tremendous Posted March 13, 2008 Report Posted March 13, 2008 I swear Bored is staring at my cheat sheet.

MarvinisaLunatic Posted March 13, 2008 Report Posted March 13, 2008 The Gotham Harlequins select... 3B Scott Moore, Baltimore after looking at his AA/AAA stats and comparing them to past sluggers. Costanzo isn't in the yahoo player pool but he's the guy to want to get..
HarleyQuinn Posted March 13, 2008 Report Posted March 13, 2008 If you mean, Mike Costanzo, probably but I really like Scott Moore. Mike Costanzo - A+ at 22 went .258/.364/.411/.775 in 504 AB with 14 HR. Also had 74 BB vs. 133 K. - AA at 23 went .270/.368/.490/.858 in 508 AB with 29 HR. Also had 75 BB vs. 157 K. Scott Moore - AA at 22 went .276/.360/.479/.839 in 463 AB with 22 HR. Also had 55 BB vs. 126 K. Prorated to 504 AB = 24 HR and 60 BB vs. 138 K. - AAA at 23 went .265/.373/.526/.899 in 321 AB with 19 HR. Also had 48 BB vs. 100 K. Prorated to 508 AB = 30 HR and 76 BB vs. 158 K. Equal numbers a full level higher is impressive.
