You know you are a newbie. I've actually about 10,000-14,000 posts at least, but I have gone through 8-10 accounts due to various acts of flaming, stupidity and other fuck ups...... Wow! So were you ever put in the Larvae Group or did this group never exist before? I have a little bit of respect for you for being loyal to this place after having made 10,000-14,000 posts and going through various accounts.

Why are their 14 admins? I'm surprised this place still exists with that many admins. Their should be no less than 2 and no more than 3 admins. I knew a drunken global mod who deleted tens of thousands of posts in one night because he got pissed off. I knew a few good places like this one that died because the admins no longer got along with one another so one of them deleted the entire place. I think the moderating team needs a makeover for the well-being of the place. Thanks for your feedback, but we're doing fine, sir. Their is a way to have a small rectangle shaped image above your avatar. Places always had this for mods and admins. The images would say administrator or moderator and have a solid color for a background. I remember when somebody would become a moderator a moderator title image would automaically appear in between their username and picture. So since nobody with power seems to have this...could regular members have something special like that? Somebody would have to design the title image and an admin would have to upload the title image through admin cp. I don't know to what extent you've been keeping tabs on this community since you left, but we've gone through a series of ownership changes, the most recent one featuring control of the board being thrown over to a cadre of longtime posters, who have done as much as they can to roll back over-officious moderating of the past and let people do their own thing. As such, we don't like to lord over everyone that we're ADMINS and MODERATORS with big animated images, so that feature is no longer here. If you indeed want a big animated image that says "MEMBERS," I can't understand why, since nobody else has ever come to any of us with such a request. As you said, the process would be sort of contrived, and not really conducive to individual customization. In lieu of this, we do allow you to customize your account in other ways, by choosing your own avatar, subtitle, signature, and display name. I hope that meets your needs for "something special." I have been put in the Larvae group and can no longer post topics. Whoever did this has indeed abused their power. Why kind of place are you guys running here. You don't want new members here? I have been punished for no reason and you know it. I warned you about having 14 admins and this is a good example of why you can't have that many people in power. Lame. Why am I your chosen staff member for correspondences? Perhaps you should ask the rest of our fourteen admins so you can get to the bottom of this. What the point you are all alike. I can't believe you have the unmitigated audacity to come here and tell us, TSM lifers all, how to do our jobs as administrators and how many of us should be doing said job. For someone who's fairly new, you sure have a lot of opinions and no qualms about sharing them, which is suspicious. If I had to hazard a guess as to why your posting has been restricted, it's because one of my colleagues thinks that you are a gimmick, a previously banned poster, a dope without whom we'd be better off, or some combination thereof. Your strange behavior regarding member/staff correspondences, targeting me instead of raising questions in Site Feedback with the rest of the community, does nothing to convince me that there isn't something up. We're not really all alike. Though we have to work together and come to conclusions just to make sure things work, we have different approaches and philosophies on how to run the board. But one area where we are alike is that we realize we're just volunteer janitors among our friends, with no desire to "screw over our members." It's about the members, not us. How is it possibly in the best interests of the community to make life unpleasant for members? I'm aware of what this board is: it's an outlet and catharsis for people to say and do things they wouldn't normally say and do elsewhere, and to shoot the shit with people they've known well for years, as far as Internet correspondences go. We're a permissive lot. That said, you must have crossed some line to raise the ire of a staff that generally lets almost anything go. Other staff members may have gotten complaints. I don't know; I'll look into it. If you don't feel welcome at this board, I'm sorry. If you'd like, I can provide you with a list of similar message boards that may better meet your needs. In the meantime, maybe you should be more mindful of the toes you seem to be stepping on. Hope I'm not doing anything wrong you guys. Please. I'm a good mod. Tell me you love me. Like I want you to.

He already told you it wasn't him, he invited you to send messages to the other mods or post about it in site feedback, he told you he'd look into it, and you said that it doesn't matter because all the mods are alike in screwing over other posters. Way to be a d-bag.

Also why post a question in the Feedback when I have the option to ask an admin a question and avoid getting pointless posts for feedback. This board has over 150,000 posters making a million posts per day on average. 14 admins isn't nearly enough.
