Now of course these are RSS feeds so naturally not all of them update every day, per se, however several of those guys (ESPECIALLY Giz, Lifehacker, and Treehugger) update very, very frequently so when all of my other feeds are inactive for the day I spend my time on those guys, although I get irritated sifting through Giz's 100+ posts per day and then just hit "Mark all as read" to get it over with.
