Chris, I think that if I lose both my games and Minny wins both their games I'll be SOL since I'd be 3-3 in division games (vs 4-2) as I think that's the first TB.

No, division record only counts if you're in the same division. Conference record is the first tiebreaker, but you'd be tied there. You don't have enough common games for that tiebreaker to come into effect. Next one is strength of victory, and it looks at first glance like you'd have that one, but I really don't know for sure.

Regular-season tie-breakers are handled the same way here as in the NFL. I'll copy and paste my usual rules for this later this week.
