I'm sure someone will convey the message. No, you won't get rid of me. Not like this. I've printed out all the Facebook e-mails and the message board postings. I've been in contact with an attorney as of approximately 6:45 P.M. Pacific time on 5/6/10, and I am in the process of setting up a meeting in order to file the proper paperwork to file a libel and/or defamation suit against the following individuals: Leonardo Touza, 26, Portland, Oregon Christopher Broward, 26, Houston, Texas Jeremiah F. Rose, 22, Rancho Cucamonga, CA I'm sure many of you will have a good laugh. But if you don't think I'm serious- look it up. Hell, call your attorney if need be. I assure you that I have everything I need to succeed. Obviously, it won't get me back on the board. I don't even want that now. But it is what it is. Oh, and for the record: When I found Leo's address, I wasn't looking for it. I really couldn't care less where he lives. I saw it when I looked up the domain registrant/hosting service for this forum. I checked out the TOS for the hosting company, and one of their policies intrigued me. I e-mailed them about the "Sharing" board since their rules specified that such activities were not allowed. After a few messages back and forth, they asked me to provide links and screen captures to the sub-forum and a few topics. I did that yesterday. I received a message this afternoon saying things were under review. I simply could not let something so morally wrong pass. It would have weighed too heavily on my conscience.

Well Cena's Writer is still on my friends list C) You posted VX's address, I might have "threaten" someone, but it was never serious to the point where I'll find his address and harass him. Again, if you don't believe I have a legitimate case, look up the law on this sort of things. I have been assured that I have justifiable cause for taking legal action. Matt Young is suing VX because he banned him on a message board? Clearly, you didn't read a damn thing I said and have no understanding of what is going on here. I am not surprised. Sorry, my friend, but it's been 3 months. I'm not claiming that's a long time, but it will continue. And, despite the fact that that one dude over at TouzaWorld called me a guy who sits around smoking pot and playing video games every day- I've smoked 6-7 times this year and have gone weeks (though not currently, obviously) without playing games- I'm perfectly sober. No weed, no alcohol, no pills (not that I've fucked with those for years).

They were supposedly my "good internet friends", too, but much like in real life, I can sometimes be far too trusting of shady individuals.
