The TSM Hall of Very Good

Recommended Posts

It's not personal. Morris would have the highest ERA of any pitcher in the Hall of Fame. That has to be a significant statistic to some voters. Red Ruffing is the highest but he had quite a reputation as a hitter as well.

I forgot about Koufax's performance in 1965. I just remember watching game 7 in 1991 with him going 10 innings while dealing with the flu and got the 1-0.

Oh yeah, with all those WR's I mentioned, how could I forget about Herman Moore? He was arguably the best WR not named Rice in the mid-90's.

Paul Karyia

Doug Weight

Bill Guerin

Keith Tzachuk

Joe Thorton.

Thornton is a Hall of Famer. Tkachuk is very questionable.

Other three I agree with.

Unless Joe Thorton does something in the playoffs (like actually play a game, not skate around) he would not be in the Hall of Fame.

Basketball

Tom Chambers

Tom Chambers has over 20'000 Career points. Every other player who has done so is either in the Hall of Fame or going to be in the Hall of Fame. Correction, Artis Gilmore isn't in either. That is 2 players out of 36 who aren't in with that feat. I was under the impression that 20'000 points was comparable to 3000 hits, 500 HR's.
