Actually, the plan for BDV for a long time now was to groom him for a run on SmackDown. I have no problem with this, except for the fact that he had nothing to do with the original four-man competition in the first place. This just tells me, as a fan, that I shouldn't invest any emotion in any sort of feud/competition, as it can always change at the last minute. Fuck, they have another PPV in less than a month. They couldn't wait until then? I mean, the Punk-BDV affair just started seven days ago, right?

Yes, because we are all aware of the impetuous knack that WWE creative has when it comes to capturing the creative aura of the original ECW.

It will happen sometimes, but more often than not, they are pulling a major name out of their ass in lieu of a provided program agenda. I thought that Morrison has served his suspension by now, and I don't see the company biding their time to bring him back, since ECW is a skeleton program anyways. It just seems to make sense regardless of what your respective cable provider is telling you.

The program synopsis mentions him (and ONLY him) by name, so he will (or should) by the end of the night.

I saw the network premiere tonight, and marked out hard for the surly caveman from the inaugural commercial. I think that I'll probably tune in for the (probably short) time that it is on, even though I usually dislike sitcoms. I like Cavemen.

Jericho was not the first, but he was also a Grand Slam Champion. All this stuff for a Shawn Michaels return doesn't seem necessary. I mean, unless they plan on scrapping the rumored Orton-Cena match at Cyber Suckday (which they should, as it's already been run into the ground) by having HBK return at No Mercy to cost Orton the match, then I don't see the point. Whatever they do, it's been fun, and it, hopefully, will not turn out to be too disappointing.
